Global Gathering
Global Gathering!
According to last information which I got by email, April 20-22 in Belgrade is going to be Electoral Congress of World Roma Organization. So, historical event is going to take place. One more International Roma organization is going to be.
I was trying to look over the mail idea of that even in Serbia and didn’t find the clear perception what that meeting is for. What kind of new horizons are going to be opened due to new International NGO? And what kind of destiny awaits of others International Roma NGO?
What is looks like interesting for me, that is the president of World Roma Organization is already elected and the name of that lucky man is Jovan Damjanovic.
Russian militia already selected the management of World Roma Organization, divided money which they have got and now just making a performance for audit companies just in case somebody is going to check the bank accounts.
I have a request to Europe. Please, find another definition of your financial assistance to Leonid Raihman/Tomas Acton. Because, since European are going to stop to feed Raihman/Acton, all local governments are going to make some steps forward to their local gypsies. For now they just are waiting for money for gypsy problems solution.

Remake!
I have noticed that the biggest
problem for Russian militia is lack of creativity. Yes, lack of creativity and
I’d say total lack of creativity. I have seen those articles about suffering of
priest Anton Bokun and I didn’t find any new idea. Story about Anton Bokun is
totally similar with the story of Church “New Life”. It is new remake on the old song. I didn’t
find even 2 differences between story about Church “New Life” and story about
priest Anton Bokun.
Anton Bokun tragedy is the twin
of the story Church “New life” with the same idea, same approaches, same
methods and same article produced by the same stupid author from Russian
militia. As you noticed, probably, all stories 8 years lasting, the conception
is the same – motiveless aggression to
somebody who belongs to minority. Aggression from the side of some official
like a police, attacks, arrests, penalties, warning… And the differences are only in the actors, places an sure the
time (Poles in Grodno, Poles in Lithuania, Ukrainians in Baranovichi and so on). Similarities in
everything, total, stupid similarity from all over nationalities and religious
issue for 8 years old lasting.
I bet that sooner or later somebody
from PACE, US State Department or European Parliament are going to arrange some
hearing in order to condemn such act of cruelty toward “not traditional for
Belarus” religions
“Motiveless aggression” is a medical diagnose and has noting similar
with discrimination and definetly is not suit for political project.

In such a
stupid article as that (http://charter97.org/ru/news/2012/2/10/47878/) I do not see any irregular idea. It
is not innovation. It is sequel. The sequel of the same idea which had came on
my mind in 2005. In comparison with Peftiev I do remember what kind of ideas I
have had.
Peftive, I'd advise you to find for yourself some new mode to spend your free time - chess, for instance, ok?

PARADISE
Recently Council of Europe
launched new program dedicated to Roma. At least it is announced as program for
Roma. The name of the new sensation in Roma life is “ROMED”. According to the
aims of the program, it is aimed to prepare new “regiment” of mediators, new soldiers
without the army. Yes, it looks like “regiment” because Council of Europe is
going to prepare 500 mediators!
Well, in their announcement
organizers of that “ROMED” program were very polite and very sensitive in all
manners of speaking. They didn’t forget to remind to everybody that by that
program “ROMED” they are not going to duplicate any other training programs
(look enclosed file, I did not change anything). And we must agree with them
for entirely. Why? Yes, indeed, program “ROMED” does not duplicate not any
other one program. Program “ROMED” is just the one of them. And, yes, we have
to agree with Council of Europe that program “ROMED” do not replace any other
program from plenty of other programs. So, everything is true. Yes, indeed! I had
hope that program “ROMED” is going to improve something. I was reading
information which I got in attachment fail and didn’t find anything besides one
issue: some mysterious additional skills which that program is going to
provide gypsies with. I’m not making fun. You can check it by your own.
If program “ROMED” do not
replace anything, do not enhance anything, do not improve anything, for what do
you need it then?! What these “500 soldiers without the army” are going to do
afterwards? Where and how they are going to assist, to implement their skills
and knowledge’s? Where is that spot where 500 mediators are going to work? I
looked twice thought the leaflet and didn’t find the answer... May be Council
of Europe knows where all this 500
people are going to work and they just keeps it in secret?! May be but
nevertheless it is second time when Council of Europe “recruiting soldiers
without the army”.
What it is not clear so far, it
is the question: what kind of assistance, help, facilitation Council of Europe
has been waiting for? What kind of help do they need? What kind of hard
difficulties they fond in a work with gypsies? What that difficulties are if
for solution of them every year Council of Europe are in need 500 mediators???
It must be serious problem! It must be something extra-terrestrials problems
I do wish to Council of Europe
good luck but it seems to me that programs “ROMED” looks like situation when
owner of the land instead of build the house hiring the builders. And I’m sure
that we are going to agree with organizers of program “ROMED”: that program is
not going to replace or duplicate anything
One more time have clear
evidence that Belarus
is not worthy so far to join Council of Europe members state friendly family. No,
no, no way. Belarusian authority is not as skillful as Council of Europe to
arrange such a funny and mockery project as ROMED. Belarusian authority has to
train a lot until they are going to fit with Council of Europe HR standards. So
far in Belarus
such a project as ROMED is even impossible. Therefore we are far, far away from
Human Rights Paradise.
