Recently Council of Europelaunched new program dedicated to Roma. At least it is announced as program forRoma. The name of the new sensation in Roma life is “ROMED”. According to theaims of the program, it is aimed to prepare new “regiment” of mediators, new soldierswithout the army. Yes, it looks like “regiment” because Council of Europe isgoing to prepare 500 mediators!

Well, in their announcementorganizers of that “ROMED” program were very polite and very sensitive in allmanners of speaking. They didn’t forget to remind to everybody that by thatprogram “ROMED” they are not going to duplicate any other training programs(look enclosed file, I did not change anything). And we must agree with themfor entirely. Why? Yes, indeed, program “ROMED” does not duplicate not anyother one program. Program “ROMED” is just the one of them. And, yes, we haveto agree with Council of Europe that program “ROMED” do not replace any otherprogram from plenty of other programs. So, everything is true. Yes, indeed! I hadhope that program “ROMED” is going to improve something. I was readinginformation which I got in attachment fail and didn’t find anything besides oneissue: some mysterious additional skills which that program is going toprovide gypsies with. I’m not making fun. You can check it by your own.

If program “ROMED” do notreplace anything, do not enhance anything, do not improve anything, for what doyou need it then?! What these “500 soldiers without the army” are going to doafterwards? Where and how they are going to assist, to implement their skillsand knowledge’s? Where is that spot where 500 mediators are going to work? Ilooked twice thought the leaflet and didn’t find the answer... May be Councilof Europe knows where all this 500people are going to work and they just keeps it in secret?! May be butnevertheless it is second time when Council of Europe “recruiting soldierswithout the army”.

What it is not clear so far, itis the question: what kind of assistance, help, facilitation Council of Europehas been waiting for? What kind of help do they need? What kind of harddifficulties they fond in a work with gypsies? What that difficulties are iffor solution of them every year Council of Europe are in need 500 mediators???It must be serious problem! It must be something extra-terrestrials problems

I do wish to Council of Europegood luck but it seems to me that programs “ROMED” looks like situation whenowner of the land instead of build the house hiring the builders. And I’m surethat we are going to agree with organizers of program “ROMED”: that program isnot going to replace or duplicate anything

One more time have clearevidence that Belarusis not worthy so far to join Council of Europe members state friendly family. No,no, no way. Belarusian authority is not as skillful as Council of Europe toarrange such a funny and mockery project as ROMED. Belarusian authority has totrain a lot until they are going to fit with Council of Europe HR standards. Sofar in Belarussuch a project as ROMED is even impossible. Therefore we are far, far away fromHuman Rights Paradise.

Several time before when both of them were signing letters about belarusian language blindfolded, they met and falling in love. It was very strong and mutual feeling initiated from USA. Love filled every cell of their bodies. Love, strong and amazing like a wave cover both of them over them. They started to love each other more and more each day. And suddenly on the 12 th of July their feeling were so strong enought to get married. Happy end and love is in the air.
Who was the cause of their happiness? Who was that reason who arranged their meeting in the cells where both of them were signing letter about belarusian language? Who was that who put their hand together to walk the rest of their live together? Who was that cause who united Poloshako and Dashkevich? Who did all that preparation when Dashkevich noticed that next to him is sitting the bravest girl in Belarus who, according to information from madam Clinton, started to fight for womens right from 14 years old? Without CIA Poloshako\Dashekvich never was going to fall in love. They knew about each other for a while but the feeling...There was no feelings such strong for him and for her to say: “you are the one”. You see how skilled is CIA in this respect. They worked hard several years shift in order to arrange situation when they will be able to understand that they are meant to be together. They worked and worked for them to get to understand that the love is going to heal their tainted hearts.

I have seen several times some information about discrimination against Polish minority in Lithuania. And I must admit I had thought that I have deja vu. I’m not sure that lithuanians are going to follow the same idea as Belarus did. I’m sure that somebody in Vilnus knows what discrimination means. For the information: discrimination can be formulated as a lack of privilege. Briefly, In their letter to EC polish minority in Lithuania says that they feel discriminated because new education law increased study cources which are going to be in Lithuanian and for the representatives of Polish minority examination scale in Lithuanian language are going to be the same as for others
Conclusion: Polish minority and the rest of Lithuanian society are going to exist in the same condition. I’ll call it equality, not a discrimination. The same story has been in Belarus in summer 2005 when from the small cause were a start for a big media campaing and lasting for 7 years till nowadays. It was not a conflict, not a fighting – it is still 7 years media campaing, nothing more. Nothing have happend, all actors are alive and free.

There is the same trace as it is from Belarus. CIA proposed to Lukashenka to ban “Karta Polaka” and in order to did it to get resolution from Constitutional Court. Now in Lithuania we see same method and again Constitutional Court figured but now in Lithuania. Constitutional Court started to act very frequently, dont you think? Yes, it is very often in particular when we are taking into account that Consitutional Court has no specific relations to minority issue ! Why CIA thinks that Constitutional Courts in former USSR deal with that issue?

If some minority or a group of people are disagree with some law they should not to right letters or to complains neither to EU nor to their local Constitutional Court, they just has to go to ordinary court and make a appeal. Sure, that is very boring for media and not eligible to CIA but that is how it works.

It is not tragedy because he or she is not going for a long time period there, just for informational occasion, to publish somewhere article or a statement from somebody official (We know that from our Belarusain experience). Get ready that all articles are going to looks funny and sometimes bear some features of idiotism or very similar with that. The reason for it is simple – because the author of that project is not familiar with your local law or a your history and people who has some law skills are going to get some funny hours reading statements from different officials from all over the world. My old friend Valeriy Novoselsky has been disseminating some new information. According to Novoselsky, in Australia(far a way from here) existing 2 web-pages where, by the Novoselsky point of view, a lot of information against jews published. I was born in Vitebsk where every second person is a jew. When I was a sсhool student my friends was only jews because I was studing in art-school(school with inclination for art).

I have and I had a lot of friends among jews. Actually, jews are very good friends, if they are your friends. CIA should make some line between love to George Soros and anti-semitism. I think it is different things. George Soros is just a single person and he is not a symbol of a jews as a nation. George Soros is a human being. You can be hostile for him but it dosent mean obligatory that you are anti-semit. To compare Geroge Soros with whole jewish nation – it is too flattery for him.

A lot of people dont like somebodies behavour but if you are going to say that they are all anti-Semites – you are insane. Recently we have been witnesses of the new Lukashenka's trick. Lukashneka has signed a decree about compensations for a victims of terroristic attack in Minsk metro (http://news.open.by/country/58817)

That is very very good deed besides one important issues as a time. Actually Lukashneka is not a single person who is too fast in such kind of definitions regarding terroristic attacks. Bit by bit terrorism turns from the crime in to media campaing which has “to persuade” as the main aim. Formerly terrorist were trying to frighten, to force, to gain something from the act of terrorism. Current terroristic attack carry rather all attribute of the media campaing then the real terror.
Terrorism is a crime, at least according current Belarusian law. And being as a crime, current constitutions and criminal law give an opportunity to define only to the court. Only court after serious and proper consideration are able to make decision about how to define that blast which have happend on the 11th of april in Minsk metro. Lukashneka has a plenty of different rights and abilities. He can build “agragaradok” but so far regarding the law only court has the right to define what was that – terrorism, accident or something else. Lukashenka as a center of the universe has the right to turn water to wine, to cure blind people, to forgive all the sins. But so far only the court has the right to make the decision in order to answer what it was exactly!
As you going to look on the recent past, you will be able to notice that so far the investigation is not finished yet! And the materials from that investigation is not proceed to the court even. In that circumstance, how come that Lukashneka managed to signed the decree about compensation for the victims of terroristic attacks long before the court decision?! Is it the result of predictions? Or may be the outcome of the court decision is so easy to predict?
I say, that Lukashneka has somebody as a fortune teller in his staff, no doubt about that. He is too fast. I also must to admit that this magician who collaborate with Lukashneka has a big power. Because Lukashenka trust him or her entirely. So far is no decision of the court about blast in the Minsk metro but Lukashenka already signed the decree about financial aid to the victims of terroristic attack!
The person, who did that recent blast in Norway, visited Belarus several times. In Minsk he visited Human Rights Center “Viasna”(www.spring96.org), where he had meetings with people from American Embassy as well. NGO “Viasna” is not a HR center. It is branch office of the 4th department of Belarusian KGB and the big money laundry enterprise. 95% of all Swedish project goes by that NGO. How much money? Ales Belayatskii is not a HR defender. He is bussines man.
The recent case with Norway looks like Belarusian case very much. That man who says that he did that blast in Norway has been named as terrorist long before local police verified that information.
Terrorism nowadays looks like religion when you dont have to ask, dont have to doubt. You dont need evidence or proof. You have to trust. You have to trust that blast in Minsk metro was a terrorism just because you have to trust. The same method in Norway – you dont have to check, you have to trust
You dont have to wait until court say so, you just have to trust. The main idea on which all religions were built is the same – believe. For how long that new religion as “terrorism” is going to last- depend on us.

According to the main idea it should be a movies aboutgenocide. How do you, how should that movies looks like? I mean, should it be athriller, comedy, love story or a scary movie? Comedy.Gypsies are very artistic people. And this is not our achievment, this is ourgrief. Everybody making movies about gypsies. In comparision with russian militia, George Soros isfar more creative then his russian co-workers. George Soros, in order to get in to main stream, decided to make a movienot about Beleankii and not about Zagarelinkii, no. He is going to make amovies about gypsy genocide. Innovation? Yes, it is. Yes, movies about gypsygenocide during Second world war, meanwhile current Roma situation in Europeare not much more better, looks at least odd. I do not mind movies. I have onlysimple question and it seems to me that majority of Europeans wanna know theanswer: How much more movies Europeans are going to support??? One, two, onehundred more movies? I dont know how are you going to call that story with“genocide movies” but I’ll call it comedy!

LoveStory. I think movies which George Soros are going to make should be“Love Story”. Whatever you are going to say, dosen't matter. Europeans lovesGeorge Soros. Even in his own contry, in USA, George Soros is not so welcome asin Europe. It is passion. I think that is strong, mutual, stable and lastingfeeling. Nothing cant make an obstacles between George Soros and Roma Holocaust.Love ruins all barriers. Love is likesun shining which united George Soros and programs related to Roma issues. That is very jewish approach when genocide is impersonating with thefascist idealogy. Genocide is the current circumstances where gypsies nowliving in and the the difference between genocide which was for a gypsies from1939-1945 from George Soros's activity which he is doing now toward gypsies, isvery few.

Gypsies now suffering fromgenocide. And this genocide is lasting for last 20 years when american jewGeorge Soros started his activity. Those 60 young people, who are going toparticipate in Soros project, should make a little movies about George Sorosand his international activity which bears all attributes and features ofgenocide. Within 20 years Geroge Soros has been doing some so-called projectwith Roma minority. And within 20 years nobody but George Soros didnt get anykind of assistence. We are living in the same conditions: without job, withoutproper education and so one. Even when some European countries wanna givegypsies a hand, immediatly George Soros starting to propose his service as apartner in that project. He is asking agrants from EU, from you. Partnership, which is Soros did and do, is ordinaryrobbery, when he is just takes money from EU and do some activity where thereis no sence, no results, no benefits to anybody besides him. For instance hislast project about Roma media. What kind of outcome is going to be from hisproject? That is very essential goal andvery essential aim. Media creates a lot of prejudices and stereotypes. Mediaare stimulating already made stereotypes. One of the long lasting reason ofdiscrimination against Roma is negative feedback from media to Roma problems.From one side media do not create new problems, even in this case, theymultiply the previous ones. It is not a secret when media manipulates with thesociety and in their power to turn some social process from positive tonegative or back. It is big responsability and big honour.

In that respect project is goodand very positive...but for one important issue: who is going to be a recepientof that activity? For instance in Belarus 95% of gypsies did not finished secondaryschools. And it is hard to imagine that everyday every morning Roma communityare going to start their day from the cap of coffee in one hand and the DailyTelegraf in another hand. I’m not sure what kind of situation if Czech republicbut I have heard about 40% total illiteracy among Roma people in Romania. Thatmeans that in Romania every second gypsy person is going to star his own newday from in some other way except the Daily Telegraf. Who is going to read thatarticles or see movies made by those 50 people? That we are talking now about Roma printed media. The situation with thedigital media looks similar with the printed media. When I was in Romania, Isaw a dead young gypsy boy who was laying on the bench next to railway stationand police push his dead body with the sticks in order to verify is he dead ornot. In her statement from July 12011 Dunja Mijatović asking from Lukashenka to take urgent measures and one ofthem is to drop all charges against AndrzejPoczobut. Have you ever heard about AndrzejPoczobut? Me neither. Have you ever met Andrzej Poczobut? Me neither. Haveyou have any idea about that person with the name Andrzej Poczobut? Me neither

The answer is simple. Theperson with the name Andrzej Poczobutdoes not exist in Belarus. What is curious that in the rest of her statement byDunja Mijatovic all others names are written properly. Dunja do not care whosright she protects?! In one name there is a 3 mistake

I have to disappointe MadamMijatovic because her statement is senseless. Even when Lukashenka would be insuch a nice mood to free somebody definatly he is not going to drop chargesagainst Andrzej Poczobut justbecause human being with such kind of name does not exist in Belarus. Accordingto current law rights and responsibilities which the people carry bound withtheir names. If Dunja Mijatovic was meaning about journalist Andrei Pochobutthen it is another story. One more instance of total illiteracy whenpeople just ready to put their signature disregard what this letter is about isthe statement from NGO Reporters WithoutBorders (http://news.date.bs/society_233753.html). RSF is theirstatemant says that: “Poczobut will nolonger be able to work without risking several years in jail whenever theregime sees fit”. And the question is: did RSF read a sencence about journalistPochobut case or their just repeats somebodies statement?! There are nolimitation for Pochobut in his professinal work yet. Court decision was clearin that issue. He is free to right any artcile, to cooperate with everynewsapaper should he wish it. So far journalist Pochobut professional status isnot ban, not restricted. He possess the same amount of right in a field of hiswork as a journalist as it was before the court decision on the 5^thof July. Regime so far did not take any measure to deprive Pochobut’s as ajournalist.

That story about responsabilityover president Lukashenka insult is a big amazing fancy. From recent past thescenario was pretty simple: journalist gets accusation in insult of Lukashenkabut police do not takes any measures to restrict his or her freedom ofmovement. And several days after official accusation, when some journalistcarry that officialy signed and sealed letter of accusation that lucky guy takea ticket to Belgium, as for instance journalist Alexandr Silich did. Nice legend, nice performance, happy end. As faras I remeber it was several journalist who pass that way and got sucessfullyasylum seeker status somewhere in EU.

All former Lukashenka’soffenders such as Alexandr Silich published their articles in newspaper such as“Narodnaja Volja”. It was published officialy and the cause and consequencelink between the author and the article were directly visible and establishedby the police. In a case of Pochobut he is twice lucky. First, he published hisarticle in Lifejournal, electronic webpage, which is not his property and hisaccount on that web page do not belong him neither as a property nor as alease. He is technically not in position to secure his account from other usersand from administator of lifejournal as well. At second, current Belarus internetprovides physically do not provide us with such kind of services which is goingto gurantee for users 100% of security, privacy, because here there is no sucha technology in Belarus. Briefly, there is no cause and consequence linkbetween Pochobut and the article which has been introduced as his just becauseon technical reason. No link. Court or police should indentify such a humanBeign as Andrei Pochobut with the article in internet in order to prove causeand consequence link, means his guit. In a case of Pochobut court did do thatbut invited exeperts in linguistic sphere and in ethics.

How court managed to make decision without technical expert?! May bePochobut is a suicider and did testify against himself?!

Second accusation was about the article madeby Pochobut in newspaper “Gazetа Wyborczа”. In that case how the court isestablished the guilt? How they came to conclusion that between this artcileand Pochobut is a cause and consequence link? Ok, in Belarusian media theanswer is obvious but newspaper “Gazetа Wyborczа” is a Polish media. Newspaper“Gazetа Wyborczа” has betrayed Pochobut?! Why? Polish Minister of ForeighnAffairs told us that Pochobut is his communicator!!! And couple of hoursafterwards “Gazetа Wyborczа” is betraying such a precious person.

From the very begining criminal prosecution against Pochobut were falsejust because of technical issues.

And it is well known fact amoung journalists in Belarus. How that ideawith electronic publication as a accusation came on somebody's mind??? Becausethe author of that project about Union of Poles is a foreigner. He is notfamiliar with current Belarusian law. Atleast Lukashenka knows journalist Pochobut name and his KGB agents knowsprocess about libel and insult case. How do you think, in such a big city as aGrodno where process against journalist Pochobut was, there are no any localeducated lawyer who will be able to lead all that process from very begining tothe very end in flawless manner?

It seems to me that they would havehad arranged mentioned above projects in more or less in a decent manner thennow. Because now it is simple disorder.

Mainly, George Soros nice intentions tosave gypsies from their evil fate are not converting from “intentions” to realwork. 20 years of intentions is something awfull and it is obvious foreverybody that something is not right with Soros’s “intentions”. Partly, wehave to determine that between “intentions” and “gypsies” there is a big gapwhich is lasting for 20 years and, for instance, for me, it is clear that istime to review either European policy toward Roma or to rename definitionswhich you operating with.

Nuclear station is not only the energy and big amount of moneyfrom Russia, half of which is going to be spent for hockey palaces and agrariancomplex(agragaradok). Nuclear station is not only political and economical independance.Nuclear station is not only platform for high economical growth. Nuclearstation is not only the chance to raise Belarusian voice on internationallevel. No. It is big responsability. At first it is big responsability withintheir own country. And at second responsability in a face of their neigbours.Belarus as a holder of nuclear resources has to secure safety not only fortheir own citizens but for their neighbours as a primary action. Securityshould be guaranted entirely, 24/7.

Only facts, Lukashenka can'tgurantee stable kind of safety. Here in Belarus, from 2005 have happend threeblasts which has been defined by Lukashenka and his jurists as a terroristicattacks. Only facts, it is obvious, there are no more safety in Belarus.Lukashenka and his personal bodyguard son Kolya can't guarantee security andpeace in the country anymore. We have a lot of craftsmans: tailors, turners,blacksmiths... What is going to be if they are all going to get crazy one day.Imagine, riot of the tailors next to nuclear station in Belarus. Awful!!! ButIt is possible as we see from the past: turners, tailor and black-smiths arevery hot-headed in Belarus. It have happend before who can say it is not goingto happend again? Yes, nobody!

As I mentioned above, nuclearstation is a responsability. But it is not only responsability of Belarus asspot where this station is going to be but also it is personal responsabilityfrom Russian government. Whom are you going to give that chance for nuclearenergy lays onto you. Russia carry his only responce in a face of internationalcommunity and history as well. Riot of the turners shouldn't be. But Lukashenkahas different point view.

His last pearl for instance...The rumors around Lukashenka’s planed return action for the EU sanctions wascurculating for a while. As far as I remeber it was Cherginets idea to ban theaccess to travel abroad for some people with opposition political background. Irecall that I saw 5 or 7 times short remarks about it in internet.

So, Lukashenka said that hisjuridical clarification for that 3 blasts as a terror was right?! According tothe current law and international standarts in law terror is a act of violationagainst humans or real estate did for some purpose( political, economical,ecological...) with direct, clear andunderstandable for the majority of public soceity, reasons. How are wegoing to call Lukashenkas attempt to prohibit access for trips abroad. Terror.Clear case of political terrorism is what Lukashenka was trying to do. He triedto cancel citizens right for freedom of movement. And the purpose was politicalbecause by that kind of measure should be covered his adversaries or for apeople who introduced by him as his adversaries. And the reason is simple –revenge.

The cause of conflict within Church “New Life” andlocal Minsk city authority based on economical platform and have no relationsto politics or religious issues. If US State Department are going to collectall issues around economical conflicts between the state and the church, theirreport should be 100 Gbytes size.

From one hand report fromUSCIRF is a not a big deal and defenetly this report is not going to change theworld. Baroness Catherine (Kathusha) Eshton is not detective agency and operatewith information from internet as ordinary people do. Yesterday on 14 of November 2011 our dear president Lukashenka had a meeting representatives of some officials from Belarusian Russian Orthodox church and with representatives from Vatican (http://regnum.ru/news/1466983.html)Lukashenka can't sleep well without making some historical and stupid statements. Historical here means historically absurd statements. TV shows us picture were Lukashenka asked from representatives of Vatican protection and promotions of Belarusian interests on international level in a face of EU. Taking into consideration that fact that Vatican as a state is not even a memeber of EU and as well not a memeber of Council of Europe, I have no idea what kind of assistance Lukashenka was expecting from Vatican. Also Vatican as a state is not a memeber of international organizations so, it is hard to imagine, what kind of aid Lukashneka is waiting from Pope?!With the same success Lukashneka can go to Zambia for a skating. Current meeting was without any initiatives from Lukashenka. Somehow he kept silence about intercultural dialog which he is mad about. In the same time Lukashneka’s passion for historical statements is still active and still unique. It is not a big problem to predict that for the next meeting Lukashneka is going to get more prepared and going to borrow a comb from the bald man

Story about “BrokenPhone”

From the end of 2010 and till now, till october 2011 KalininNicolai getting plenty of proposals from all Europe and from Germany in particularto cooperate with youth work. I would say that I have got more then 100proposals. Even George Soros has gone crasy and organized Roma Youth Network“Ternype”

And suddenly I asked myself – what have happend to meso I get so lucky. Yes, I’m opened for new ideas

and proposals for cooperation should come to meeveryday but youth project is not my priority.

In order to clear up situation for everybody I have tofill some white edges on the map:

I havent planned any activity with Roma youth, never planned! And I have no idea who told that about me. Yes, I have been participator in some international youth event but between participation in somebodies youth project and your own project there is a big difference?!
Yes, I have several ideas which I’m still interesting to discuss with International Organization of Migration. But from 2004 till now I’ve never been communicating with IOM. Once in 2006 Polish IOM (Ms. Roschichevska) invited me but I didnt participate because of financial reason. Never in my life I didnt get any support from “stiftung-evz.de” or IOM therefore if somebody got some grant application about Roma issues from Belarus – I do not have any relation to it. Also, I do not have any relation neither with Belarusian Roma Youth Club “Romanipe”, nor with NGO “Tavaristva Belarusikai Scholy”(Union of Belarusian Schools), nor with NGO “Belau”.
Technicaly I’m not in position to realize any single project in Belarus. Not because I do not want but because I’m not allowed to do it and I’m not a suicider. Here only those projects who approved from Lukashenko are allowed. Within 7 years Belarusian government do not want to give a job. 7 years I’m unemployed. 7 years my mother supports me. Dosent it sounds strange for you when after 7 years of my unemployment, poverty, suddenly, Lukashenka started to be so kind and gave me permission to work with Roma youth??? No! Lukashenka is huntig about gypsy money in order to steal them
For me it is clear why that story have happend. It is a frame. Famous trick with the “Broken Phone”. “Broken phone” works when it is interesting for him. From the “Broken Phone” depends what kind of information you are going to get and what kind of information you are not going to get. Somebody from the team, somebody team trusts entirely, works with the both sides, cheating.

Today I have got anemail from Nadeshda Demetr from Moscow. She has been disseminating informationthat she is got lucky. And I must admit she is lucky indeed. She had a meetingwith Russian Prime Minister Mr. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Yes, such kind ofchance is like a won in casino and Nadeshda Demetr was in proper place inproper time.

Briefly, according to information fromNadeshda Demetr she had a meeting with Valdimir Putin where they discussed oralready decided(I do not know) that Vladimir Putin is going to arrangecommittee with is going to deal with religion and ethnic issues. Actually, Iread that email 3 times and havent got clear impression what exactly VladimirPutim is going to do, if he is going to do something at all.

Nevertheless, if Vladimir Putim realy eagerfor that kind activity and thirst for organize committee which is going to deal with nationalities or a religions,from my side I only wanna wish him good luck and favourable wind. That is veryimportant work.

Regarding me, even when the Pope or theQueen Elizabeth The Second suddenly are going to arrange some institution whichare going to deal with nations and religions, even in this case I’m NOT going to sign any letters ofsupport to anybody. And I’m NOTgoing to assemble any kind of initiatives. And I’m NOT going to conduct any activity against Lukashenka, disregards ofthat fact, what kind of high level people (presidents or a kings or someoneelse) are going to deal with minority issues. Status of that people,wich theyare going to carry, is not going to have any slightest influence on me.

Recently US Commision on International Religious Freedom published annual report about religious situation in Belarus and as usualy americans are americans. Full Gospel Church “New Life” never been persecuted by their religious preferences. Church “New Life”, “New generation” and others are project by Cults Unit(Sakovich/Zavalnuk). The cause of conflict within Church “New Life” and local Minsk city authority based on economical platform and have no relations to politics or religious issues.

Gypsies from all over the world are suffering from Cults Department as well. For some reasons Cults Unit decided to deal with gypsies and made some extra-terrestrial project. That project is held also by american by Cath Moss. Belenkii has George Soros and Vsevolod Chaplin from Russian Orthodox church has Cath Moss. But Vsevolod Chaplin is more creative than Belenkii. He did so complecated project that we still do not undestand what this project is about: Youth-Ecumenical-Roma-Women, short name will be ENYA. It is blend of everything or nothing.

USA should be careful with such a issues like International reports. From another side with such report USA stimulating different type of extra-terrestrial projects like ENYA which we are suffering from and stimulating businessmans and grant seekers from Belarus in cleargymans apperanc. 11 of April 2011 is going to bea dark patch on the dirty soul of Lukashenka. From 12.00 the city centers havebeen blocked by police. We had thought that Lukashenka fond new friendsomewhere in Ghana, Uganda or Karaganda and blocked half of the city in orderthat provide his new co-worker by the misfortune with the full amount ofself-confidentiality in their own importance. Less then 1 hour after thatincident in Minskmetro TV started to call it “terroristic attack”, long before preliminaryoutcomes from the investigators. Who did that conclusion?! Who did firstpress-release about Metro Incident? Police, KGB, Ministry of Emergency Affairs,Medical Aid? NO!!! Our Lukashenka did first TV screen with some stammeringspeech.

On the 13^th of AprilLukashenka did a miracle. No, he didn’t turn water to wine yet but very closeto it. Early morning on 13 of April Lukashenka exposed executors on terroristicattack on the 11^th of April, executors of the terroristic attack in 2008 in Minskand in 2005 inVitebsk atonce. And that was only beginning… 30 minutes later Lukashenka fond organizersof murderer of JFK and on his way back Lukashenka solved the problem of GlobalWarming. You see how smart our Lukashenka is? I think next “miracle” would besolution of the mystery of the Egyptian Pyramids.

From my criminal law course inmy institute I remember that if within 48-72 hours, depend on circumstances(culture, politics, territory…), nobody is taking responsibility on terroristicattack, means that hooliganism are coming for the first place as a version. Butthis approach doesn’t work with Lukashenka. He is a magician.

Finally, we have resolutionfrom Constitutional Courtabout so-called “Karta Polaka”. It was visible even long before thatSikorski&Komarovski should come on purpose. And Lukashenka spent a lot ofsleepless nights in order to provide Sikorski&Komarovski with some fertileground for a good political campaign.

Several time ago members ofBelarusian Parliament was “hoist” their voice about harm which coming from“Karta Polaka” but their statement was very lame and looked like kidstwittering. Champion in “May be yes or may be no” statements was Mr.Martinov. 2 months Belarusian Parliamentwas looking for scapegoat and finally fond it in a face of Belarusian Constitutional Court

Regarding conclusion made by Belarusian Constitutional Courtin regards of “Karta Polaka” I have noticed that Mr. Miklashevich didn’t readthat law at all. I looked over internet and red 11 official report made by BelarusianConstitutional Court where Mr. Miklashevich, chairman of BelarusianConstitutional Court, told that Belarusian NGO (registered and not) has rightto issue “Karta Polaka”. That is not truth because only consul has that right.Belarusian NGO’s are not empowered to issue “Karta Polaka”. No, the Law about“Karta Polaka” does not give them that kind of competence. If we are going totake into account the fact that this report has been verified 100 time or evenmore by all Belarusian services I dare to make conclusion that Mr. Miklashevichnot familiar with that law or has very low impression what “Karta Polaka” isabout. But it is not a big deal. Here judges making sentences blindfoldedeveryday. Miklashevich is just a part of the system.

Let’s go further. If to get ridof some juridical litter made by the judge of Constitutional Court OlgaSergeeva she is coming to conclusion, which means that law “Karta Polaka” interfering into Belarusian internalaffairs. Law norm, doesn’t matter what kind, has territorial attribute.Madam Sergeeve, judge of Constitution Court, has forgotten about principle ofJurisdiction. Ok, lets make it simple and understandable for everybody (for Mr.Erzy Buzek in particular). Rights and responsibilities (advantages and discounts)which coming from “Karta Polaka” where they are going to get used? In Warsaw, for instance,yes? So, I have a question to Madam Sergeeva, since when Warsaw,Lodz or a Krakoware covered by internal Belarusian affairs.May be I have been busy so far and forgot about Union within Belarus and Poland, and then Madam Sergeeva isright. As far as that Union hasn’t happened“Karta Polska” doesn’t have any relations to Internal Belarusian Affairs, neither direct nor indirect. “Karta Polaka” belong Polish Internal Affair from the verybeginning to the very end. I would be agreeing with Madam Sergeeva statementabout interfering into Belarusian Internal Affairs if law “Karta Polaka” wouldprovide citizens of Belarusian with discount and advantages in Minks. For instance,if only holders of “Karta Polaka” has big discount in a fare for publictraffic. Then it is interference into Belarusian internal Affairs. But so far,holders of “Karta Polaka” have a discount only outside Belarus. Law“Karta Polaka” is not an international law, it is foreign law(principle of theterritory) and not related to Belarusabsolutely. Judge Sergeeva does not understand differences between foreign lawand international but it is ok for her. Sergeeva is just a part of thesystem.

Law “Karta Polaka” merely notin the Jurisdiction of Belarus. The answer is simple. Even Ministry ofAgriculture has the right to make conclusion over “Karta Polaka” but what kindof consequence this resolution is going to have? Yes, mate; there are no consequences just because thatquestion is not in Belarusian Jurisdiction. Yes, mate; there are no interventions into BelarusianInternal Affairs just because on the same reason. “Karta Polaka” is activeoutside Belarus.

I have to disappointSikorski&Komarovski. It is too early for them to pack a suitcase with thehundreds of Polish Cards in order to take a trip to Grodno. Resolution from Belarusian Constitutional Court doesn’t equalthat “Karta Polaka” is prohibited. So they have to wait a little and then, whenLukashenka is going to suspend a sunrise, just because of resolution fromMinistry of Natural resources, then you are going to get a lot of work. Holocaust as issue has different faces. But I think the most dangerous Holocaust is the Holocaust of your conscience. This Holocaust is far more cruel and aggressive. For gypsies Holocaust begun in 1941 and it is so far.

When it time to talk about compensation for the victims of Roma Holocaust poor Roma people has so lot of assistance, it is hard to believe. Everybody wants to be our friends in Roma Holocaust issue. When it is a question about to equal rights, job, education – no one are going to give as a hand. When the conversation is coming for Roma Holocaust, Mama Mia, we have so many assistance that we are forced to defend from such kind of “goodness”. It is an army; army of different type of grants seekers and crooks from all over the world. And now Azerbaijnian jews Agamirovi, George Soros, Belenkii, jew Dan Doghi from Russian militia are drawing their hands for the compensation of Roma Holocaust. No, mate, it is too many candidates. Too many… If all people from Belenskii’s family are going to get a share from this amount of money from compensations for victims of Roma Holocaust, I’m not sure that something is going to remain for Agamirova family. I’m afraid that all these candidates can kill each other during the process of sharing. We have to think about it as well. You can tell that Azerbajanian jews has their own theater called “Romen”, located in the center of the Moscow. Crook and thief George Soros has got a lot of fund from money laundry. Belenkie every year are making new movies about gypsy Cinderella. What about gypsies? Too many candidates but how many are gypsies from them?

That is not fair. That is not fair in the face of God and history. Our grandmothers and grandfathers were suffering in concentration camps from fascist ideology. Our gypsy grandmothers and grandfathers were thirst and starving on occupied territories. Our gypsy grandmothers and grandfathers were killed just because we are gypsies.

I do not have idea who made this farce about similarities within jews and gypsies but we are totally different people.

What kind of eclipse has happened with Europeans to take for consideration all this people (Soros\Agamirova\Belenkii) as a partners for a Roma Holocaust issues? Is there in European Union anyone who wanna share with Soros contents of his wallet? Is there in EU somebody who wanna George Soros assistance to spent your own money? No one! Are you sure? No one even wants to deal with such a people like George Soros. Why do you think that we are crazy enough to feed Grishka Soros? Why do you think that we are going to put that people (Soros\Agamirova\Belenkii) over our shoulders, people who have no relation to Roma nation at all?! People whose bad record known everywhere.

If you think that Soros is specialist in Roma issues something wrong with you. Is it eclipse of the vision of eclipse of the conscience? What it was?

These compensations can be very useful for Roma people. Hundreds of us can get a higher education, get knowledge and skills about Human right, get perception about their own place in this world. One day Europeans have to deal with that problem. Gypsies are not going to disappear. At the 1945 who was thinking that one day gays and lesbians are going to get equal right with the people who belong to heterosexuals? It was a dream in 1945 but it is true reality in 2011. For a long time period we have been witness of Belarusian economical miracle. People have had nice salaries, social security guaranties, and soft price policy for meals. It was not a miracle as such, Lukashenka is not a magician. This “miracle” has been paid by Russia whose goodness is very, very warm, very brought and deep, like a wolf pit. Unfortunately Lukashenka noticed that very, very late…

It always like that: when the miracle is over, it is time to pay. Only in fairytales miracles are free of charge. Suddenly, Lukashenka noticed that he has nothing for payment, nothing at all. Illusions which all this time has been like a shroud on his eyes is disappeared and the dirt and poverty has come to irritate the vision. Only now, Lukashenka have seen that he is wasting money for something absolutely needless and useless.

“Lukashizm” is over. People do not trust for Belarusian monetary system. All oaths made by the chairman of Belarusian national bank doomed to remains promises. People who had some cash money exchanged it for a dollars (somehow Euro is not very popular in Belarus yet). People do not believe in stability of Belarusian bank system. Who had some money on bank account transmuted them in to dollars and closed their bank accounts. Everyday we are suffering from the price races. It is “races” because the other definition is not applicable. Today chocolate is 4000 BLR but tomorrow same thing in the same store is 4800 BLR. 24 hours time duration with the price difference of 800 BLR. I called it “races”. Who is the winner there? Someone is but me. This price races inspired Belarusian citizens to make some stocks of the food. When “Lukashizm” was there was no need in it. You where ensured that tomorrow you can come to the store and buy whatever you want by stable and accessible price. Today it is not. Price for sugar is raised in several time! People are making some store of meal for the first time period.

We forgot scenes, when Lukashenka was happy on TV. Look 2 years old report when Lukashenka was full of happiness when the new winter-sports palace has been opened by him in some village located far way from civilization. When that villages had not a drain or a central heating; something basic and necessary infrastructure haven even been planed but the modern building for a winter sport already was there. When that little village had not a hospital or a decent looking motel but due to Lukashenka’s mania of hockey this village has a hockey palace. This entire disharmony between the winter spot palace and the absence of schools and hospitals in the town, started to be visible only now. Then, in “Lukashizm”, it was not visible; it was looks like meant to be.

The trick of the “wolf pit” is fatal for a victim. Wolf pit is not visible at the very begging. It always seems to you that have one more day, one more chance, one more credit… You are getting to recognize that you are in the dead end and in the same time you are getting to understand that there is no exit…

Recently we have been observer of 2 acts on international level. At first young beautiful girl Anastasia Poloshako got a prize from Madam Hillary Clinton. And one day after new candidate for the name of honorable citizens of the Grodno city Mr. Radoslav Sikorski issued a prize for super star Angelika Boris.

In a case of Angelika Boris everything is clear. She is got a prize because Mr. Sikorski has thought that she did a lot of positive contribution for Polish people. Somehow we have heard about her, at least couple of years before.

But in a case of Anastasia Poloshako we have got something new. Anastasia has got a prize because she is courageous woman. What kind of courage Madam Clinton fond in Anastasia case, we don’t know. May be Ms. Poloshako was single girl among all 3000 people manifestation on the 19^th of December? What did she do to deserve such kind of attention? Such kind of attention in so tender age?! May be Anastasia Poloshako lived a long live, grown a lot of kids, without a husband, without assistance from the government, in a poverty?! May be Anastasia protect women’s right for aborts while Lukashenka announced increase of demographic policy in Belarus?!

How old Anastasia is? She is 40, 35, 30? I think Madam Clinton doesn’t know how old is her Belarusian prize receiver and what he story is about? She is just 20! I bet that next courageous woman named by Madam Clinton is going to 14 or something like that. Therefore I have got proposal to Madam Clinton to rename her prize. It should have a name “prize for courageous woman and young pioneer”. Then it is fine. I do not mind against youth people, they are so experienced nowadays, Zoja Kosmodemjanskaya for instance.

What unites Hillary Clinton with Radoslav Sikorski? Sure I’m talking about recent issues around

. Both of them did not meet their prize receivers. Where are the hugs, warm congratulations, applauses, cheers, “love is in there are”? Where is all of that? It looks like Madam Clinton afraid from the most courageous woman in Belarus? Who is going to harm the woman recognized by Madam Clinton as the most courageous women in the country? Even Lukashenka do not dare to raise his hand on her. Who is going to make obstacles for meeting of Madam Clinton and that courageous woman? I think all the gate should pass Anastasia even without passport checking. On that occasion even greedy Businessman Chish should provide Ms. Poloshako with her own plane. For happy meeting of Madam Clinton with Anastasia all accusation should be dropped. You kidding, she is courageous, what kind of imprison attempts are you talking about? All this prize looks like Anstasia Poloshako haven’t been invited of her own birthday.

So what’s wrong? I think something wrong was with Madam Clinton because Anastasia Poloshako was at large all that times, healthy, save and sound, ready to walk to Washington in order to put on the crown. Why Madam Clinton suddenly shy from Poloshako?

Why Mr. Sikorski refrain from the meeting with super star Angelika Boris? I was thinking that the cause when Mr. Sikorski is not going to meet Angelika Boris is only one- because he is in coma. Yes, there are no exemptions. I think because he decided to follow Madam Clinton bad example. He does not have his own point of view.

I have an advice for Lukashenka. If he is interesting to collect some prizes and reward from around the world, he can rent a bus and take a trip over the world. In a bus he have to find a place for all insulted and humiliated from Polish Union and from all church of New Pentecostals(Sakovich team). And I’m not sure that one bus is enough. There are so many prizes, rewards, medals; it wouldn’t be enough time to collect even half of them. The Olof Palme prize, Taras Shevchenko prize are very honorable prize

Collective farmer Lukashenka spent 2 weeks in Sochi (Russia) in an ambush. No, don’t worry he is not hunting for a bears or hears. He was “hunting” for Russian president. Lukashenka is very human “hunter”. He is hunting without rifle. For a “hunting” Lukashenka use credit applications. Don’t laugh, it is very harmful arm!!! I don’t know was it “happy hunting” or Russian president was cautious enough and Lukashenka have been wasting time again?!

Last week all Belarusian TV and internet were talking about discrimination against Polish minority in Belarus. I do not know what kind of point of view polish citizens have about that issue but somehow it seems to me they have never heard about “mysteries polish minority” in Belarus. Nevertheless current Polish President Mr. Komarowski and current Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Sikorski are protecting violated interests of Polish minority in Belarus from somebody. By whom and what kind of rights has been violated, not clear by far but the shapes are visible already. Notwithstanding, Lukashenka’s fantasy is very special and he is going to invent something supernatural for a Polish politicians. He is ready to give a favour for somebody. I would advise the flood. Yes, spring, river, season flooding of Neman River and Mr. Sirokski leap into the cold water saving Polish beautiful woman (it would be better there are several one) from the maelstrom. Sure, Mr. Sikorski should swim well.

Somehow I think that Grodno city council has to think about issue for a new Polish politician the rank of Honorable citizens of Grodno city again. The first one was Mr. Donald Tusk and as far as I know he is got the name of Honorable citizen of Grodno city in 2005 (if not, it is a shame for Lukashenka). Who is going to come to Grodno now, not clear but I think Mr. Sikorski has all chances to place his name in Grodno city council memorial book. At least, he is welcome.

There is one big question. If there are two candidates for a next president election in Poland (Sikorski and Komaroswki) who is going to some to Belarus for “salvation”?! Lukashenka should think about it beforehand because river Neman is a pretty small river and I’m not sure it would be enough beautiful Polish girls for both of them. There are only 2 candidates therefore he has enough time and place to make some preparation for “rescuers”, for instance, to divide river Neman on to two sides. The left bank of the river is for Komarowski and opposite for Sikorski fishing. Try to imagine the noise which is going to be raised if candidates would be 5 or 6 and all of them are eager to come to save someone at the same time?! It is big headache. With 2 candidates Lukashenka will handle somehow, I hope. But Mr. Komarowski is very clever and I think he can’t swim. Instead of coming to Grodno, he invites some people (sure it was polish girl, no doubt). In the same time we have tradition, luck coming to that candidate who came to Grodno before election.

New century, new technologies are coming to everyday live as well as they are coming to political life. Genetic as a science can bring s lot of goods for folk but in the same time can be very perilous. A lot of depend on tools and aims.

In show business, at least in Russia, we have heard about these issues. For instance, one music group is been very, very popular. As a commercial project this show can bring a lot of benefits for an owner. In the same time the group is only one but consumers are a lot. We are all only humans. So, producers did easy trick. They found young people, who were very, very similar by appearance, for spectators from the distance in big halls in particular; twins. And suddenly at once 10 or 20 groups “Laskovii May” were in different cities with the same songs and at the same time, same performance. Incomes grow in direct dependence from the quantity of the groups.

Actually, the same idea came to the head of one so-called clergy man, name Sakovich Alexandr Vasilievich. He was one of the leaders of neo-Pentecostals movement in whole former Soviet Union countries!

One from his churches got in problems. Church “New Life” been in a very complicated situation which would have been solved easily if it wouldn’t be made artificially… Crazy scientist and militiaman Sakovich noticed that process of solving problem is far more valuable and profitable thing then the final solution. Let there be a problem and everyday you, Sakovich Alexandr Vasilievich, are going to get a salary because some body has to deal with it. It is characteristics approach from Soviet time period, producing for producing.

Producer Sakovich did a typical for all soviet militia way of working. He steals idea. Simply, primitive, effective..

But the Church “New Life” failed his expectations. The priest of church “New Life” is not a politician therefore in newspapers figure his lawyer, who is also not very successful.

Unfortunately, Sakovich and his team from department of Protection constitutional regime and fighting against terrorism have been wasting time with the priest of church “New Life” .So, again, new idea also has been stolen by Sakovich but now from producer of group “Laskovii May”. Mr. Sakovich made a clone from his not very lucky commercial project church “New Life”. I do not know how old is Mr. Sakovich but his imagination is very faint. New clone got even similar name then the previous one - church “New Generation”!!! Church “New Life” and church “New Generation”- don’t you see any similarities even from the first glance?! It is the same projects, same idea, and same context. Like the singers Madonna and Lady Gaga.

Sure, in a case of church “New Generation” there is no so convenient and nice basis as it was in church “New Life”. A lot of money Lukashenka spent for advertisement of church “New Life”, a lot of. With all due respect to Mr. Sakovich and his genetic experiments in religious issues, project church “New Generation” won’t get much attention so far. It is going to take years and millions from the Lukashenka’s budget to get something similar with church “New Life”. Lack of creativity is a characteristic for Lukashenka’s projects. His all projects are very typical and similar. I do not know what they are going to do with Angelika Boris clone, with journalist Pochobut. Since Lukashenka is the president you will always have a chance to get surprised by him, his wise policy, his far-sighted ideas...

Well, I had thoughts that nothing supernatural can’t be made in 2010 but… In the last day of the year presidents from former Soviet Union has tradition to refer to the folk with some message. It looks like during other 364 day they have been so busy for it, so they took the last 31st of December as the last train. Lukashenka made a great contribution and he proved one more time that he is unique. According to Lukashenka and his message to Belarusian folk, made by all national TV channels, he is going to protect minority rights in the next year 2011. Somehow Lukashenka omitted the details and we do not know what kind of minorities exactly he meant: sexual, ethnic, linguistic or something…Can you guess? It is not as easy as it sounds, mate. You think you know the answer? No, not at all! Lukashenka’s assistances did his own minority especially for him as the New Year gift. Especially for Lukashenka and for no one else, understandable only for Lukashenka ( I’m not sure that the author of Lukashenka’s New Year speech is totally mentally health).

In the last day of 2010 year our Lukashenka invented new kind of minority: political minority. In accordance with Lukashenka’s theory, people who were supported Lukashenka during last election belong to the majority but the rest of population belongs to minority. Yes, yes, new scale, new word in sociology, his own sociology. Sociology which looks like nightmare but it is. New step forward for progress… If we are going to follow Lukashenka’s way of thinking, the next kind of scale should be base on sport preferences. For instance, Lukashenka like to play hockey and according to his system of values, people who likes winter sport belongs also to the majority but the others…others, like me for instance, is a minority. It is very simple and convenient scale, applicable for everyday life. Lukashenka like a beef, it means all other people who has same taste belong to gastronomic majority. It is innovation. Innovations are Lukashenka’s political credo. Union of Poles, church “New Life”, for instance, are Lukashenka’s last discoveries. Lukashenka was lying, he is lying and he is going to lie

I just wondering, why no one have told him, that partition on majority and minority are based on common, independent, constant principle and values like gender, sex, ability or ethnicity, for instance. Lukashenka and his point of view is a temporary and very narrow measure for sociology science principle to make some partition.

On the 1 of February Colombia University is going to organize seminar about Roma Holocaust Columbia University - Symposium - “Racially inferior” Roma, Sinti and other Holocaust victims.
That is good when somebody raised the question about Roma Holocaust. It is positive and sure profitable step. Only one question is not coming to the common goods that are participants. Since when chairman of European Roma Rights Center Mr. Robert Kushen took a relation to Roma Holocaust? What kind of relation Robert Kushen has to Roma Holocaust? Is it direct or indirect relation or what the hell is going on with this Roma issues?! Mr. George Soros suffered from global economic crisis, sure, but who told him that he can improve his bank account because of gypsies? Why George Soros and Russian militia do not want to leave Roma people? Why Russian militia does not want to find another way to earn money? Recently Jerzy Buzeck, president of European Parliament, arranged hearing about recognition of Roma Holocaust. I just think, European Parliament has nothing to do more? There are no more problems then to discus about recognition of Roma Holocaust which already has been recognized?!
For the information, if I’m going to find out that behind me is standing a jew or someone else and drawing his hand to my pocket to still a wallet(during a shopping for instance), I’m not going to think about tolerance and punch him. Crazy Carnival!!!

Recent elections in Belarus did not surprise anyone. Elections in Belarus never have been elections as such. Always it was like political performance: every year new candidates without political programs, without clear personal motivation, new scandals… Belarusian elections looks like show “American Idol” where every time new participants are. Whoever passed this way once, never going to comes back on the same stage! A person, who was a candidate for president position, is never doing the same way even twice. Every year a new person. Citizens of Belarus are getting familiar with someone, at least his face is become known for the majority of people who are spending their leisure time next to TV chest, and for the next election he is gone. In winter 2010 Belarus is exhausted they store of candidates and due to lack of “artists” Mr. Neklajev have been involved into this carnival as a first fiddle. Everyone was surprise in Belarus and abroad either especially how this going to end for him, what kind of consequences was it going to have for the not very famous poet?! Here we are. At the end Mr. Nekljaev ended on the barrow, lying with the black eye, with closed eyes like a Lenin in a mausoleum. If you are going to look on pictures made by journalists “after the bruise”, everywhere Mr. Neklajev is lying with closed eyes like a person who did what he had too and gain what was expected. I don’t think he had much choice: 10 days in a jail or a bruise. He chooses the bruise. The difference between Mr. Nekljaev and Lenin is very essential: Lenin looks more alive then the poet.

Lukashenka surprised us during this election. He arranged something new for the spectators. At the evening 19^th of December 25, 2010, some people, unknown and not invited by nobody, came to the House of Parliament in order to break 2 windows and the main door. I do not know why only 2 windows, it seems it was meant to be by scenario or panes are very expensive, but I think it was not enough stones. On the 19^th of December Lukashenka attacked his own House of Parliament and now bankrupt Lukashenka is going to assault American political foundation. Oil is very expensive.

I must confess, I was following TV report about 19^th of December partly because I was ensured for 100 presents that I’m going to see some familiar faces in the first file of the crowd. I thought that whoever was going to come on the piazza but Angelica Boris-Orehvo, pastor Goncharenko (Church New Life) should be among them for sure. And I have been disappointed by organizer (Lukashenka): I haven’t seen neither pastor Goncharenko nor pastor Pavlik Suharenko, nobody. The show is failed. Lukashenka should have invite Angelica’s with suitcase of stone and bricks but he didn’t. Where were our old friend and honorable citizen of Grodno city Mr. Donald Tusk? Ok, let’s be creative: pastor Goncharenko with the polish kid from Grodno in a polish baby-carriage in a front of armed-for-tooth police mans walking around next to House of Parliament with the hand back of stone’s. Bear in mind, it should have to be a kid from the family pertain to Union of Poles not just simple, ordinary pole. How? Yes, that would be a show. I do not know by whom carnival 19^th of December was directed but Lukashenka made a big mistake when he approved their budget.

Recently, Lukashenka noticed that fact, yes, indeed, he lost the chance. And following the rule that it is better later then never, Department of Protection of constitutional regime and fighting against terrorist did some rummages in the private houses of Church New Life activists just in order to draw them somehow to the mainstream, to the guest of honor. Why Church New Life, how Church New Life, what for, no one knows. Again, it is big mistake; everything should be in time or never. Sweden is nice beautiful country on the North of Europe where some nice people live. Somehow among Belarusian President and Swedish government established nice, friendship relations. Stefan Ericsson, head of Swedish consulate in Minsk (he was before) was not indifferent to Lukashenka and his suffering. He was spellbound by Lukashenka and by his dense masculine mustache. Stefan was learning Belarusian language and raised his skills on the top level. I think Belarusian language was a first step. Stefan decided to help Lukashenka…

In Stockholm lived one gypsy guy name Leon Ciuorin (agent of Russian FSB). This Leon have been popular within Polish Roma people because he did some favor’s for a Roma people who are coming to a Sweden for a while. He was giving a shelter, food and small support. But some people from those Polish gypsies after his hospitable reception have been arrested by Stockholm police and accused in robberies. It was for a while. People who came to Sweden and met Leon Ciuorin always have had problems with police. Bit by bit Polish gypsies noticed that something wrong and that kind of goodness have another side. That it is not coincidence. Other gypsies who are coming to Sweden and having a place to stay somewhere else are coming back to Poland save and sound. But clients of Leon Ciuorin are always in some kind of troubles. Stockholm police raised their rate of effectiveness on the top level because of gypsy crime. Ranks, prizes were hail on Stockholm police. Well, people are coming to Sweden from Poland to get in to prison. Dreadfully... Gypsies made some their own investigation and fond out that the reason of this trick (Stockholm police high rate of efficiency) is Leon Ciuorin, nice hospitable guy who has a lot of friends from Sweden criminal police.

Finally, from Stefan Ericsson’s heart were not more in position to see Lukashenka in grief. So, Stefan Ericsson is current Swedish Ambassador in Russia and closed friend of Belarusian KGB decided to give him a hand. Swedish Intelligent Service was thinking about this project for a long time period and after big discussions they took an interesting approach. On he April 8^th Roma people are celebrating International Roma Day. I do not celebrate it but in the name of solidarity, I do some honor. But it doesn’t mean that all gypsies from whole Europe are having parties or something. Russian militia made for us this holyday. Therefore 8 of April absolutely artificially created celebration. What is obvious that Sweden “friends” have been working on this project and made some preparation long beforehand?! Swedish Intelligent service decided to choose this day because of it specific. Suddenly, Leon Ciuorin has had a strong intention to come to Belarus to buy some gold (jewelry). Precisely on the April 8^th and never again… And by advice of Sweden Intelligent service he decided to choose me as a partner in this hard work. I do not understand what was they thinking because every foreigner can come to Belarusian jewelry shop and but whatever he wants.

Fortunately, Swedish Intelligent Service was out of truth information. They chose a Grodno as a city for this bargain. But in Grodno there are no gypsies. And only single spot in Grodno where you can buy jewelry (legally or illegally) is an official shop. And at second, collective farmers from Swedish Intelligent Service does not know gypsy traditions completely. Polish gypsies decide to make Leon Ciuorin as outcast because of his friendship with Swedish Intelligent service. And according to the gypsy rules I can’t make any deals, any relations, any bargains with outcast person, with Leon Ciuorin. Leon is outcast. He is a betrayer. In this respect all design of Swedish Intelligent Service from the very beginning to help daft collective farmer Lukashenka was doomed for failure. Stefan is lost his chance to find a friend…

I do not know how much money Lukashenka paid to Swedish Intelligent service on this spy story but it didn’t improved his relation with Sweden. Somehow, he reminded about his friends in Swedish Intelligent Service and asked a credit into 2 billions dollars from them. Swedish government was very polite and denies his request in very soft manner. Instead of money Sweden government sent to Lukashenka pop group “Ace of Base” to do some performance with great hope that this is going to make his day’s bright colour’s. Stefan is still lonely…

Ask yourself how many famous polish people can you remind now? At least one, yes?! Due to Lukashenka and his effort now Polish people has became famous from all over the world. So far, it is not clear for me what have happened with Polish people what doomed them into that kind of mess. Probably, low salary was the cause of this disorder. Lukashenka have had enough free time and enough free recourse to play silly game not only in Belarus but on international level as well. He was building nuclear station without nuclear recourses next to Lithuanian boundary, little hamlets for collective farmer where no one is going to live (agragaradok), skating and skiing spots in a country such as Belarus where frosty and snowy winters are very seldom case. Lukashenka was looking for a neighbor on another edge of the world but never next to him. I do not understand how North Korea remains out from his horizons but it is never too late. He was building waterfalls without a water and night illumination without electricity. This approach looks very relevant and implemented in all parts of society.

Enough free time (Lukashenka never did a politics), enough financial recourses enabled Lukashenka a chance to feel as a innovator. For his innovations he chose national minorities and not-traditional religious faiths. He stole idea and without special knowledge and skills, without full information he started to invent a wheel. Lukashenka looks like a monkey in helicopter. He stole helicopter but he have never steer. Yes, he’s clever enough to understand that “helicopter” is something useful and very interesting but what does that works?! Well, Lukashenka got this wonderful stuff with a lot of buttons, gears, electronic screens… Unfortunately, at that time Honorable citizen of Grodno city Mr. Donald Tusk was walking around. Without any bad thoughts, without bad anticipations he got in to helicopter which Lukashenka was driving. By the way, Lukashenka paid to passengers a fee’s. He thought that would be a nice trip, he never wouldn’t have thought about that Lukashenka do not have neither a driving license nor a driving skills. And then world is gone crazy… Storm!!! Everyday something was happening with Polish people in Belarus. If it was not flooded then electricity was out of service. Bit by bit, Poland noticed that they made a mistake and Mr. Tusk chose a “wrong driver”. Polish newspapers were screaming like from arson. The problem is that “driver” Lukashenka does not know what he is expecting. He does not know how to drive a “helicopter”. Somehow he raised helicopter but where is there rudder, how to land a machine, it remains a mystery so far. And Lukashenka started to drive Mr. Tusk from one side of madness to another, from one delirium to another, to and fro. In order to make his trip more convenient he put an inscription on the side “Eh procachu!!!”. I think Mr. Tusk wanna out from “helicopter” but Lukashenka is very hospitable driver and salaries in Poland are low. For how long this “trip” is going to be? I do not know either.

One little church “New Life” made a sensation in the world. Famous housing question (kvartirnii vopros) spoiled everything. If you think that ordinary believers from church “New Life” are overjoyed because they are forced to fight with wind-mills instead of praying you are wrong. “Bad driver” Lukashenka made them as a hostiles in his experiments.

In Belarus form the very beginning to religions and nationalities was not enough attention. From the Soviet Union period there was not much activity. People were living in one dimension but religions and minority issues in another. This big giant treasure was hidden from the people for centuries. Belarusian government was out of information how to deal with religions and nationalities. In a hand of idiot even a spoon can be extremely harmful. Only empowered people had the right to take that fragile issue like minorities issues. In order to save people from evil fate Gods made some measures. Gods decided to place upon this treasure (religions and nationalities issue) a terrible curse. Every mortal who remove a single piece are going to be curse for eternity. And minorities where lived in Belarus in a relative peace and harmony until Lukashenka decided to place his pace in a history…

One beautiful day Lukashenka was gathering crop and after hard job he had a rest. He had a dream that he is chosen by God. He saw these dreams every day and he even visited doctors but they were not able to help him. Medicine was not strong enough to fight with Lukashenka’s nightmares. The horror is that: his dream is over at the most important spot and he didn’t know what he was chosen for. Like a movie which interrupted in the very beginning. Every day Lukashenka saw same dream about his divine providence and his historical role and every morning when he woke up he did not know what that divine providence is about?! It is like publicity in a movie framed on the most interesting part. He was looking for an answer and decided to excavate cursed minority issues. Yes, he heard stories from the past about curse but he didn’t press the matter. And horrible things began to take place in Grodno…

Lukashenka noticed that this treasure is very big for him and he has something to share. He gave some parts of this treasure to Mr. Donald Tusk and together they started to spent it and trade it. Suddenly, like a thunder during the summer day, Polish people in Belarus have been in the center of media attacks. I do not know how much money spent Lukashenka for PR campaign of “Polish case” but it is a lot of. All the people from the whole Europe were talking about that issues which was not exists. TV channels shouting about girls in a Grodno and their suffering which was not. It was outcomes from the curse. Everyone who took a single piece from Lukashenka’s cursed treasure have been cursed either. Whole Poland is gone crazy from Lukashenka’s idea to place his spot in a history. Polish people did everything possible to make Lukashenka dreams comes truth in order to somehow get rid from him. Everyday Lukashenka after hockey spent hours to invent something new. He is become addicted. Curse implant in to every single cell of his body like a poison and destroyed his week mentality completely. He started to make a peace among man and woman, within girls and boys, between Russian orthodox and Catholics. Idea to station his trace in a history becomes a black spot for whole Polish minority in Belarus. Lukashenka poisoned with his idea half of the Poland. Half of the Poland can’t sleep still because of Lukashenka and his curse.

The main idea of the curse is that you are doing something and do not understand what for! You do something and do know understand what exactly you do. I’m going to be sincere, for 100% impartial, in case of Polish minority in a Belarus for me is not clear two main issues. First of all, I do not understand who is persuading Polish people and the second is why? I’m not sure that there is a remedy but only those who know the answer on those two mentioned above question can end the curse…

George Soros spent all money which he is got from Russian militia. But in the same time he is starving. He is starving without sweet gypsy blood. Soros noticed about some activity within youth long before. He’s started to suck money from European youth projects. So, he has made some efforts but it was not enough to slake his hunger. In November Soros are going to organize new youth meeting in Rotterdam in order to monopolize all youth activity and to marginalize gypsies from whole Europe. From one hand Soros is oppressing gypsies and in the same time Europe has to make some effort in order to fight with outcomes from it. Soros are eating, European Commission are cleaning.

I just wonder how much time Europe spent for nothing. Years and years, which might be spent for effective Roma programs? I’m just worrying what Europeans was thinking about? George Soros stealing money and then he is coming back to New Your. Gypsies are still here in Europe, they haven’t gone with money dedicated for Roma issues. It is doesn’t matter if you do not want to deal with gypsies. It doesn’t matter. Money is gone with Soros. Not gypsies. They are citizens of EU. George Soros is USA citizen. In Ukraine Grishka Soros are going to organize Roma youth activists forum. He can’t find much participant in Europe. So, he is doing to do his dirty job in former Soviet Union. I bet then after this event in Ukraine, European Commission is going to get headache from host of projects proposals by Youth in Action program. I have to say that my articles look like humor. But it is not. It is too serious… From different origins I saw information about “Common Roma Policy”. “Common” Roma policy looks like fantasy. For instance, Council of Europe has 47 member states. In this regards, to elaborate “common” policy for something would take a century. Countries are different, different economy, history, political situation. Gypsies in Turkey has one problem and the gypsies in UK have other problems. Gypsies in Macedonia are mostly Muslims and in Ireland they are Christian. Gypsies speaks in different dialects. And the dialects are so different that it seems that we are speaking in different languages. I have never heard about Roma housing and health problems in Germany but this problem is crucial for Roma people in Balkan states. What kind of “common” Roma policy those people are talking about? It is a fantasy or a nightmare? I think it is looks like rather nightmare.

Council of Europe has Roma Division, department who deal with gypsies precisely. If we are talking that is not enough, yes, that is truth. But how many of them are in Roma Division? 10 people for 47 member state? 10 people for 10 billions of Roma population? Council of Europe has well prepared people toward Roma activity and we don’t have to knocking to the opened door. Yes, there are some technical questions but 10 people can’t save the world. “Common” Roma policy would not lead Roma people to success. Every Council of Europe member state has to have they own Roma policy. Otherwise it is not Roma policy; it is going to be an end of Roma nation. “Common” policy was in Soviet Union and we know what have happened.

In order to conclude, gypsies are neither a toy for a George Soros neither for experiments nor to implement of bad example from Soviet period when everything was in “common” and nothing in particular.

We are free people and we have to take care about George Soros. If there is going to be a “Common” Roma policy, then, Mr. Soros is going to get diabetes, unfortunately. Gypsy blood is very, very sweet…

Lukashenka always wanted to get relations to something significant. In the same time Lukashenka always was a disable in all manner of speaking. He is stealing ideas and then introduces it as his. But he does not know how to operate with them. Same story was with minority political participation…

In 2005 in secret KGB laboratories “Polish” virus has been made. Polish people lives in Belarus for a centuries and centuries in calm and still. History didn’t know any kind of conflicts within Polish and Belarusians before Lukashenka started to work in a field of intercultural dialogue. Also Catholics and Russian orthodox were in peace in harmony for a long time period before Lukashenka haven’t got an idea to become famous. Some diseases are very infections. Especially a lot of depend on the virus. When the author is mentally sick then it makes it double.

Lukashenka got in belief that he is chosen by God to make a peace among those who have never been in a fighting. Somehow he infected with his idea Polish people on both sides of boundary. Even honorable citizen of Grodno city Mr. Donald Tusk did find some leisure time to come to Grodno. He is dropped all negotiations, all policy. He is forgotten about his family and did run to Grodno with all haste because of Lukashenka’s virus.

The symptoms of “Polish” virus are very visible for your surrounding. Main symptom of “Polish” virus is hallucinations. Infected people are imagining that they have to run somewhere to save some girls in Grodno. In their hallucination the see polish girls suffering, crying, screaming…Suddenly victims are traveling to Grodno or raising questions about Polish problem in Belarus on international level or making some statements of concern about Polish minority in Belarus or doing other stupid stuff. The champion in “statements of concern” is USA mission to OSCE. I can’t recall how many statements they did but what is clear for everyone that “Polish” virus is wide spread even in USA. How does that virus disseminating? The tool how “Polish” virus was spread is banknotes. Those who take banknotes from Lukashenka in order to provide Lukashenka’s fame have become infected with “Polish” virus.

Why Lukashenka decided to chose Polish for his experiment? Probably they haven’t been lucky. May be George Soros told him to do it, never knew. So, suddenly in Grodno strange things have had happened. Polish government started to worry about Polish minority as strong as they have never did before. Grodno became the center of universe. All journalists from whole world were concerned about destiny of Polish Unions. Virus is disseminated from over the world. Epidemic takes a large scale. Lukashenka has become addicted. He pays a lot of money in order to distribute his “Polish” virus. Even National Democratic Institute of USA failed as a victim of it virus. Petersburg’s militia was keeping silence…

Definitely that for a people with some education everything was clear from very beginning. Case when leader of Polish Unions has been haunted but so far we do not know by whom, put us in such of suspense. Is it real or it is a virus. All this noise around Polish Union is a creation of Lukashenka.

And finally, prevention from infection is very simple. Refrain from origin of infection, vitamins, sport and education in a field of sociology…

In 1992, 93 Petersburg’s militia did a competition among militia agents in Belarus with the Belarusian presidential position as a prize. There was one essential term for that competition. Candidates were to have to be disable in all manners of speaking. They verified plenty of files and finally decided to choose Alexander Lukashenka as winner. Petersburg’s militia was looking for a person who would be absolutely disable, mentally in particular and they named Lukashenka as the Belarusian president. He was a winner in this competition. It was fair competition…

Eventually, they plans were right for 100%. Within the 16 years of Lukashenka re-directed all Belarusian economy for Russian consumers. All economy, beginning from nails and ending with lorry were restored for Russian market, for Russians. As the result, for now we don’t have any other partners except Russians. We don’t have any other investors besides Russians. In 2010 due to wise Lukashenka’s economical policy we are bound with Russian even closer then it was during Soviet Union period. In external policy we are living like in vacuum. We do not have external relations but Russia. What wondering me what hell he is signed costumer agreement with Russia? I think in 1993 there was a fair competition and Lukashenka deserves to be a Belarusian president.

So far, for September 2010 we have situation when from Belarusian independency remains only one single institute. It is Lukashenka. He did his job well and Petersburg’s militia are proud of him so strong that if tomorrow morning after potatoes lunch Lukashenka will got a enlightenment (improbable but doable) and he is going to ask a resignation, even in this case, militia from Petersburg are not going to relive his life. I’m going to call this “Effect Lukashenka” (all rights reserved). The sense of “Effect Lukashenka” is that you did not made a conclusion to be a president, not. You are not elected to be a president, not. You are doomed to president. It looks like you are living in rented apartment. You have nice, beautiful room, furniture, all what inside this room are totally in your disposal. You are living like in fairytale. Whatever you need immediately yours. Bit by bit you are getting accustomed for such an environment. But from time to time the owner of this house (Russia) violated your privacy. Householder is asking to pay the bills, gas, oil and other stuff. And you are getting to realize that all this surrounding is not yours. You are just inhabitant. Householder is going to come and you have to remove. In the same time Lukashenka is accustomed for a luxury. He has thought that he was chosen by Gods, that it was divine providence which brought all this. He started to believe that his is invincible, inviolable that he is ruling the world. He made even personal explanation that he got all this because of his gypsy derivation which was not. From early childhood kids teased Lukashenka as a gypsy boy. And now not because of his total disabilities but because his probable gypsy derivation he got a joker. Lukashenka’s mentality is a primitive. According to Lukashenka, if, during your childhood, you were teased as a gypsy then your farther was a gypsy. But if we are taking another issue. If, when you were a boy, other kids teased you as a little elephant, then, according to Lukashenka’s point of view, you mother was working in a zoo. Yes, designs of Petersburg’s police were right, great. If you are going to look on Lukashenka you can find that he bears Chinese attribute as much as gypsy features, means none. As a matter of fact, Lukashenka understands that something wrong with his so-called “gypsy” derivation. Actually, Russian militia tried to make for Lukashenka nice legend in Gypsy style. Awfully bad journalist and big scandalmonger Pavel Sheret devoted 10 pages in his book “Nashestvie” for Lukashenka’s gypsy legend. But it was very lame…

Just recently, Lukashenka have come to realize that he is just inhabitant but Russia is an owner. He started to look for another apartment, he were traveling from Venezuela to Azerbaijan, from one edge of the world to another. He met a lot of people but the things you own came to own you therefore all his effort doomed for nothing. He is been slave of “apartment”. During 16 years Lukashenka haven’t become a president as it should be. He is not a president. He is a collective farmer.

Lukashenka is the best protector of minority right in the universe (better then Sannikov). He is the best…All Polish people praying for him everyday, Honorable citizen of Grodno city Donald Tusk in particular. Instead of icon, Mr. Donald Tusk has a Lukashenka’s picture in the corner of the wall.

Lukashenka is unique person. Where have you seen person who would excavating a grave within 16 years, grave for whole country. He was working like a cursed, day and night. In all respects Lukashenka is irreplaceable president. We have to save him for museum exhibitions, in section of metal defects.

What I’m going to say about “Effect Lukashenka”. It is big challenge, big suffering. I do not want to see my enemies on Lukashenka’s spot; I do not want to wish them such a destiny. I’m not going to ruin Lukashenka regime. From my side I’m going to take all measure to help Lukashenka to be a president again. I’m going to vote for him, I’m going to assist him to be a president. Because, the sense of “Effect Lukashenka” is when you did not made a conclusion to be a president, not. You are not elected to be a president, not. You are doomed to be president.

From time to time, we have heard about discrimination against gypsies from all over the world. Belarus is not an exception. People are looking for a better life in other countries. For us, for gypsies, there are no different between Belarus and Ireland, for instance. We are unemployed here; we are going to be unemployed in Dublin. Gypsies are deprived and discriminated in Minsk, and we are in the same position in Cork. There is no difference for us between Ireland and Minsk. Just climate and geographical positions…
   Some people from Belarus are looking for an asylum in EU and some on them announced themselves as Roma people. For your information:
1.      100% percents of Roma people in Belarus speaks Romanes. If asylum seeker from Belarus introduced himself as the Roma but he is disable in Romanes, he is not a gypsy.
2.      Gypsies are not traveling alone. We are living with our families. When asylum seeker from Belarus introduced himself as the Roma but he came along, be attentive.
3.      In Ministry of Internal Affairs, KGB as well, some department has staff people who speak Romanes fluently. Bear in mind that language test can’t be a final solution.
4.      Roma people discriminated in Belarus because they are Roma. Roma people are not persecuted just because they are Roma
5.      We have birthday certificate, which can prove your relations to Roma nation
6.      There is no Belarusian Roma as a ethnic sub-group

Sequel!

Recent attack on Russian Embassy in Minsk reminds me situation which was somehow similar some years ago. I haven’t been surprised, not at all. If you are going to look back into the past, you would recall that all or something similar have happened before. Attacks onto Russian Embassy in Minsk - it is just a sequel. At the beginning of his career insane collective farmer Lukashenka have had idea to remove all Embassies from Minsk into the little settlement next to Minsk, called “Drozdi”. Yes, it was something about 10 years ago. It was big fighting, foreigners were shocked!!! Lukashenka were very persistent but wisdom was prevailed. And Embassies remains in Minsk, so far…

American embassy in Minsk always was under a big pressure from Lukashenka. And Americans decided to rent a room somewhere aside from Embassy, you know, some bear to drink, to get alone with a girlfriend or with a boyfriend, depends from preferences; human nature. Everything was fine until Lukashenka got to know about this American den. I do not know what inspired him for such a cruel act of inhumanity but after all Lukashenka exile 90% from Americans staff back to USA from Belarus. I think he was stunned and insulted because Americans forgot to invite him, to invite him to take part in these parties. I’d never thought that Lukashenka is a party man but as you see now he is. Envy overbears sanity and the scandal with expulsion was.

Gas. Gas and oil are moving Belarus. Young Lukashenka thought that this steam of financial aid is never going to end. He had thought that he was chosen by God, that it is a miracle, wonderful paradise, fairytale…The miracle has another reason, simple but stable as we see know, obvious for a people who can see something from the background. Now Lukashenka is still on his way. Something again is happening with Embassies, now with Russian Embassy. Attacks on the Embassy are extraordinary case, aren’t it?

I’m not a prophet and afraid to be but to make some conclusions you don’t have to be. It seems to me that Lukashenka is going to be a Lukashenka and what’s going to get on his mind tomorrow, no one knows about the sequel.

From 2005 church “New Life” has become a famous. Soon priest from church “New Life” can claim the place in top 100 world celebrities. At least he can compete well and I think his chances are very high. And that is truth enough because Lukashenka spent so much time for a church “New Life” promotion tour that some Hollywood moviemakers can’t even imagine.

Church “New Life” suffered from the lack of visitor. How to solve this problem? Where to find believers? Then management of church “New Life” decided to make a perilous pace. They are hired Lukashenka as an advertisement manager. There was a contract within church “New Life” and company “Lukashenka movie entertainment”. From one hand Lukashenka promised to make church “New Life” advertisement and from another church “New Life” has to play a victim role. Sure, sure, a victim role is well paid job and church “New Life” is not going to suffer from poverty. Lukashenka pays church “New Life” well. One, one important thing has been forgotten by church “New Life”. O Jesus, one terrible mistake has been done by Church “New Life”. Lukashenka is bad editor and all his movies are bad too.

Church “New Life” is most favorite place for Belarusian KGB to visit. If Belarusian KGB doesn’t looking for something illegal in church “New Life” then you can be sure something extraordinary has happened. Prices for gas and oil went up?! Yes, probably. Sometimes it seems that KGB has nothing to do else then participate in this Lukashenka’s theatre. That the center of the world is located in church “New Life” and all questions has to be answered precisely there. I can’t remind any other church in all Belarus which is so popular as church “New Life”. Church “New Life” is the most visited spot by KGB. I think if you are going to ask from Belarusian KGB what church is known for them? 100 percent they will answer church “New Life”. One beautiful day church “New Life” is going to get official status in KGB system and clergy man from that church will have shoulder straps if they don’t have so far. KGB has a club, summer resort spot and they will have a personal church, church “New Life”. Yes, it is good idea because when KGB agent is going to confess the priest has to be stable like tractor in all manners of speaking.

Church “New Life” fits completely for this job. All Belarusian KGB familiar with church “New Life” already. You don’t have to explain where it is. They know. Church “New Life” accustomed for KGB. So, the problem is half done. Church “New life” and KGB looks like close relatives. They even look similar. I have heard stories about some couples (KGB and church “New Life”) who fail in love. As I mentioned above they visited each other so frequently, then, I guess, some marriages are coming soon, no doubt. And if it would be a case, KGB has to invite me as a witness for weddings because without me they wouldn’t have met ever.

From the other side believer of church “New Life” forgot what for they are gathering. Sometimes parson of the church “New Life” can’t remind what does he doing in this building, what is the reason for his prays. People are accustomed to each other. And it is mutual cooperation, yes, church “New Life” got believers from KGB and Belarusian KGB got agents from church “New Life”. God bless…

In the very beginning I told that Lukashenka is bad editor and his movies as well. So, it is. As you see, movie church “New Life” is an action movie. It is comedy.

One little step

The cause of recent antigypsism evidence in France based not in France, not in French government, and Nicole Sharkozi immigration policies are not to blame. If you are going little bit back you will recall that not so far something else have happened before in Italy, in Nantes for instance. If you are going deep far, you can remind situation in Slovakia in 2004 when Roma settlements were all in riots and Slovak government were forced to invite military services in Roma districts. I think 3 evident are going to make you sure that it is not a single cases. It is tendency, isn’t it?

One country is trying to get rid of from the problems. No, it is not our headache; it is some bodies, Romanians problems. Let them to go home and leave us peace. It is not going to happen. How about European Citizenship? I’ve been applied 4 times to take part in SALTO trainings about European Citizenship and never been selected, so I confess, I do not know what does it mean. But somehow I think European Commission has to know something about European Citizenship?!

Every country is trying to get rid of from gypsies. But it is not possible so far. Take Lukashenka as an example. He had thought that he can survive along, without communication, without cooperation, without integration. But it is not possible. All processes are interdependent. And Romanian gypsies are a problem of whole EU. We are citizens of Europe.

We have two visible tendencies. One of them is a growing of Roma tension. And another issue is strong wish from each country to solve Roma problems with deportations. Ok, you can deport gypsies from your country but what about Romania? What they are going to do? To deport Roma people to USA, to George Soros? I’m not sure he is going to be happy with that. He likes to take Roma money and nothing to do in return. Those recent antigypsism actions were an outcome from 20 years of Soros/Belenkii involvement into Roma programs, when from all their activity there are no results, neither positive nor negatives. As long Europe are going to finance Soros/Belenkii as long this disorder are going to repeat. George Soros are not interesting to solve Roma problems. Roma are European citizens, not USA. Roma are European problem.

No doubt, it is hard to work with Roma but you have to start from something. No one is going to come to solve your problem, neither Soros, nor somebody else. We do not need Romanistan!!! This project is not valid anymore. We need job and education. There are no problems with Roma. Live is simple, job and education, nothing supernatural. You just have to start to work… One little step toward Roma, one little step….

Enough requests

From 2009 I’m getting some invitations in order to participate in Youth in Action programs. In 3.1. in particular. I have talked with my boss and I’ve approval. We started to work. It is new for us and very interesting.

It is not so easy as it sounds. Majority of NGO prefer to stay aside from Belarus because no one is interesting to feed Belarusian KGB. Bit by bit me and my NGO made some steps forward and we have got invitation from Lithuania from Public organization „Community of Pociuneliai“ from Lina Noreikaite to be a partners in project within YiA program. At first everything was fine and she’s got Part 3 by regular email, so, we kept our fingers crossed in order to get positive answer from Lithunian Youth Agency. Suddenly I got an email from Lina Noreikaite that something is wrong with my Part3. That is worried me a lot because , actualy, Part 3 is so simple that in order to make a mistake overthere you have some efforts to apply. One day was one mistake, anotherday, something else. I’m tired to make corrections. And ceased it. Then I decided to call Lina and to have a private conversation with her. She is told me that Lithianian secret police has came to her and made a recomendation to her to avoid from contact with Kalinin and his NGO. It was personal Lukashenka’s request to Lithianian government And this is not a single case...

Well, ok, there is no a big deal. We will find somebody else who will be less sensitive to Lukashenka and his « request » but it seems to me that issue is remarkable. Lukashenka is president so far not because he is a superman but because some people are very sencitive to he and his requests.

It is to pity because even Russia are tired from Lukashenka and his « requests ». Even Russia...

Once upon the time lonely Lukashenka were overcome with grieve, all girls from Polish Union outrun from him. He was sited and crying. Suddenly, he met his best friends from National Democratic Institute USA (NDI). NDI promised to Lukashenka that they are ready to provide him with girls from Polish Unions and even from church “New Life”. Both opportunities are available. Lukashenka said that he is a total collective farmer, even by gender. In return, Lukashenka have to give NDI permission to earn money in Belarus instead of promotion democracy. In order to secure NDIs’ loyalty to Lukashenka they hired for a work in NDI office one Belarusian militiaman Alexander (Alaks) Shalaika as a staff. They (NDI) told Lukashenka: “Lukashneka, you are president so far not because you are a superman, aren’t you, but because we are sick, weak and corrupted. We are going to call our little secret as initiative Soglasie”

Lukashenka were merciful. He knows that he is not a superman and proposition about girls from Polish Union were very, very big temptation. NDI staff has kids, relatives; they need somewhere to earn their money. He’s gave up and agreed. His races after Polish woman tired him, a little… Angelica Boris refused him, Angelica Orehvo also very, very chilly with Lukashenka. Only his old girlfriend, Teresa Sobol, verified friend, was faithful to him, by far.

Honorable citizen of Grodno city Mr. Donald Tusk keeps silence about new girls’ supplies from Polish Unions. Like a stray cat for the chickens, in the night, in 2005 he even crossed Belarusian boundary because Lukashenka’s need in Polish girls. But now his fantasy is over. In this circumstances, NDI proposition were looked like solution.

Work about promotion democracy in Belarus is very interesting, in order to promote democracy in Belarus, NDI have to ask permission from, you wouldn’t believe, from Lukashenka!!! It looks like when you are looking for a snow in the desert. But it’s works, at least in Belarus… It is works in many ways, such as “Edmund MASKI program” (MASKI show). “Edmund MASKI program” it is a program for a suicide or for naïve people. “Edmund MASKI program” organize a tour to America, named “One way ticket” where you are going to get met by beautiful family of Christopher Shields from Federal Communication Commission and his Azerbaijan wife. They are very, very hospitable, satisfaction guaranteed… Never lives any survivors. As far as I know (I’m specialist) Shields family has some discounts for a group of people who decide to abandon this life for a meeting with parents in a better world, where everybody is equal, no suffering…

Recently, I read article about American presence in Afghanistan. Actually, I do not understand what they are doing there? What have they lost in Afghanistan? Whom they’re fighting with? But it is not a big deal. It is not my problem; it should be a problem of USA tax payers. What wondering me indeed is the case if USA is working in Afghanistan in the same way as they are doing in Belarus? In order to fight with somebody (it is not clear with whom they are fighting in Afghanistan) they are going to ask permission beforehand? It is so convenient, so comfortable, well, and fantastic! The war can be never-ending story. It is going to last for centuries. I must confess that people in Afghanistan are lucky. To promote democracy in Belarus they ask permission from Lukashenka, what does they are doing in order to fight in favor of peace in harmony in Afghanistan? Something similar…

God save America but if you are going to see someone from NDI or something like that, walking in the street, distributing grants for promotion of American values, run away from him, run as you are running from capital punishment, as fast as you’ve never did before. If you are young and naïve or your legs are not so fast to outrun from NDI, keep silence. Otherwise, you are going to be engaged in some “permitted” activity.

Last interview made by Lukashenka to Belarusian TV is very remarcable and fatal. Some days after movies about Lukashenka on certain Russian TV channels Lukashenka did a great discovery. He is fond a person, a country where relation with Russia is complicated. It is Georgia. Lukashenka always was a coward so he dicided to hide over somebodies back (over Georgia). In most favorable time Belarusian TV gave a primetime for a Georgian president Saakashvili. Nothing supernatural has happened, just explanition of current problems, difficulties among Russia and Georgia. There are always difficulties even within friends. Sure, it was not what Lukashenka were expected. Lukashenka were expected some scandal, shouting but president Saakashvili didn’t give him a chance to engage him into conflict. So, Lukashnekas assumptions for a cruel revange are evaporated. President Saakashvili acts like a wise man.

All spectators noticed that, all, save for Lukashneka. Overjoyed with self-respect on the other day (after interview with Saakashvili) he did interviews to Belarusian TV. He did a lot of chattering about him, his role in historical moment, and his contribution into whole world. He is got a lot of work to do, harvest, potato, catlle farm…When he is got question about his point ofview on Union with Russia (custom union) he is overbear himself. His answer was: “it would see”. I’m sure that Lukashenka is going to leave his trace in history, no doubt. At first he signs document and only after that he is starting to think. “What the hell I signed yesterday? May be a signed my own sentence?” May be but you signed it already. He is doing what he is not undestanding. It is collective farmer’s appouche, typical. Lukashneka is a colelctive farmer by ethnicity, by origin, by religoun and I’d say he is a collective farmer even by education, yes, it is truth! Like a mere child, at first he takes sweets and only after that he is asking what for. No, it is not a politics. It is a nursery school. Sure, in these circumstances Russians indignation is forseen and expected. “If you do not want to deal with us why did you put your signature? You are playing hockey. Ok, carry on but we are doing politics. Why you were wasting our time, our money in 1996 in 1998 and continuing to slip us in 2010?”. That is Russians reply and that is fair. “It would see” is not a right answer. It is a fatal answer!!! There is no place in politics for kids.

Kids like to play games. Games were favorite Lukashenka’s entertainment. Discrimination against Polish people in Belarus is a nonsence. Artificually created by Lukashenka with the actors from his team. For some reasons, may be somebody inspired Lukashenka, he decided that “minorities” are going to ruin his political regime. It is very easy to manipulate with Lukashneka, to inspire him onto something, either one. In these circumstances Lukashneka created couple Union of Poles and started to fight with them with all fury. Lukashenka invented Anjelica Orehvo ( he is tired from previous Anjelica Boris), started to devise different obstracles for her absolutly without reasons. Lukashenka has a lot of free time, a lot of. He is boring. He needs something for a game. Sure, he is paying to Anjelica Orehvo; otherwise nobody is going to play with him. People in Belarus have thoughts that he is going to get married with somebody from Polish Union. Anjelica Boris refused him, so, probably Anjelica Orehvo is going to be more patient. May be, I don’t know. Lukashneka is very lonely person. So, his races after girls from Polish Union’s are part of the “game”. Anjelica Boris is failed. How long Anjelica Orehvo is going to last?

Lukashenka always played like a kid. He’s never noticed that Belarus and Russia is very, very similar people. Same culture, same history, same language…Belarusians and Russians are the same, disregards of Lukashenka and his point of view, disregards of his wish. And that is the point.

On the 4 of July I have been a victim of 16 attacks from internet within less then 2 hours. During 1 hour my IP address were changed 5 times without my permission. Fortunately all of them(attacks) were unsuccessful but suddenly all internet communication were interrupted from my computer. I did a phone call to my internet provider and had conversation with the manager. What’s happening? All the time everything was fine but from today all my internet communication is stopped!!! I’m not going to annoy you with contents of our talking but the main idea is. Manager told me that I have to open access to my computer by means of opening some services!!! I said to him that I’m not going to do that. All internet connection were fine but my provider kept silence in return and advised me to set these tools in order to open for Lukashenka access to my computer and to my correspondence.

I must confess that I’m not a professional but I know how to deal with computers. I decided instead of opening access to my computer to Lukashenka to visit a computer club, moreover it is close to my home, 2 minutes walking. I was stunned… Today, in order to enter the internet club I have to present my passport or ID! Officer in computer room check my ID then fill form with my personal data. So, after it, I got my computer.. I did what I had to and looked about new rules of internet using. Ue, Lukashenka’s schizophrenia is unpredictable!!! It is just one more proof of it. From beginning of July all people who visiting internet clubs have to bear their ID. Obligatory. That is in addition of 4 video cameras in our internet club which is next to me…

Well, the main issue that there are no differences with previous rules. All the time officially and not officially all internet sites were used by you in a public place were noticed and recorded by manager of internet club. In this circumstance, who were needed in this madhouse? All control has been long before. What for?

Explanation is so simple. Lukashenka is fighting with enemies. And in this important work Belarusian department of protection constitutional regime and fighting with terrorism helps him. They are creating problems, and then addressing this problem to Lukashenka, getting money from the budget to fight with the problem which is done by themselves. Lukashenka is narrow-minded person with strong conviction about his importance and his “role”. Russian speaking people do understand me, it were “Vasisualii Lohankin and his role in Russian revolution”. Here we have “Vasisualii” Lukashenka and his role somewhere, somewhere else, I don’t know where. As all “important” people he is suffering from enemies, visible and invisible, possible and impossible, people who are making conspiracies, different obstacles for Lukashenka and fulfilling his “role”. Unfortunately, there are no enemies. And in this case Belarusian department of protection constitutional regime and fighting with terrorism are ready to give him a hand. To control internet which is under control already? Yes, here they are. To create problems which is absolutely artificial and needless? Like a Union of Poles, for instance?! Yes, here they are!

Belarusian department of protection constitutional regime and fighting with terrorism are always ready, always on alert, to give Lukashenka some favor. Sure, sometimes they effort looks primitive and senseless. But It doesn’t matter. Main idea that it has to be eligible for Lukashenka, it has to fits Lukashenka’s estimations.

At the very begging, the biggest problem for Lukashenka was one woman from Grodno, Angelika Boris. All people from all around the world were following this story, crying… Then Belarusian department of protection constitutional regime and fighting with terrorism have came to realize that the story is little bit boring and they have to make some improvement in scenario. Well, then “moviemakers” from Belarusian department of protection constitutional regime and fighting with terrorism made some rebranding. Instead of Angelica Boris appeared Angelica Orehvo, Jose Manuel instead of Jose Ignacio, you know. Don’t worry, nobody died, just resignation sudden, noting romantic, actually. “Producer” Lukashenka is still working on sequel of Angelica Boris/Orehvo movie.

Lukashenka are enclosed by enemies. Yes, sure, have ever heard about Harry Potter? It is a serious threat for Lukashenka too. He is a magician and he can inflict on Lukashenka’s decision-making process. I do not know how they are going to solve this problem, may be Lukashenka can wear a metallic hat(saucepan) as a protection but what I do know for sure that kind of invention is going to be. Between you me, tomorrow, in order to make a phone call from public pay phone we are going to present retinal scan. Why? Just in case…

Situation with Roma rights are getting worse from year to year. Gypsies are long to education, for a job. From another side governments are interesting to give them a hand. In this circumstances the problems has to gone with high probability but it is not. Because of George Soros… He is coming to European governments and offering them his services as a middle man between gypsies and local people. He is taking money from governments dedicated for Roma issues and then he is gone with money. As a result there are not money and no progress with Roma issues.

In Russia George Soros has a co-worker Urii Belenkii from Russian militia. It is not a one single person, it is big family. Actually, George Soros and Belenkii are from one department. Urii Belenkii is making movies about gypsies. Instead of making scholarships for gypsies, Belenkii are making movies. Millions of dollars are spending for nothing.

Russian Militia has a lot of assistants. One of them is Valery Novoselsky, well- known person among Roma community. Good guy, who are collection information about Roma community, about your citizens. Have you ever asked Mr. Valery Novoselski to do it?! Me neither. I’ve never met Mr. Valery Novoselsky, thanks the Jesus, I have no idea why dose he doing this job. Nevertheless, I want to emphases that now Valery Novoselsky is person in charge of your database and how is he going to use your information is his business. Not yours!!! Valery Novoselsky is collection information about gypsies in your country. And he is share with this information with Belenkii. Did he get permission from you to do it? Are you interesting to share with Belenkii information about your citizens? That mean when you are dealing with Valery Novoselsky bear in mind that all information given by you to Valery can be shared despite you wish.

Another Belenkii’s assistant is Dan Doghi. His name is Dan Doghi. Actually, I’m not sure that this is his real name but never mind. Dan Doghi everywhere is presenting himself as a Roma person but it is not. He is a jew/ Dan Doghi is from Russian militia, from gypsy department. Dan Doghi is a Russian citizen, he speaks Russian and how did he appear in Romania, even Romanians doesn’t know. Mysterious way of Dan Doghi residence in Romania and “dark story” with his citizenship got me a lot of premises to doubt in all Dan Doghi aims and real intentions. If he is cheated in very simple, basic issue like derivation that means something is wrong with that person. May be Dan Doghi id hiding from somebody? If the answer is yes, then why is he doing that? What cause was for Dan Doghi hiding? It is a lot of not clearance. I think that kind of people can’t work in International institutions as ODIHR. He is unpredictable. Today he is lied about he’s origin, tomorrow something else…

If someone have thought that gypsies are blind, that is not right. Gypsies are not a toy. What the hell is going on? Because of Novoselski and Doghi we, Roma people, can breathe free!!! It is time to get rid of this company and to live as free people. We are free people.

All this assistants from Belenkii/Soros are not aimed to help us. Belenkii/Soros are interesting to destroy Roma population. Gypsies do not have needs in Romanistan. We need job and education. What Belenkii/Soros are going is a typical genocide. Stop genocide.

Our recent Lukashenka’s act of charity impressed the entire world. Former Kirgizstan president Bakiev founds shelter at Belarus. It is so kind of Lukashenka. So, brave, well, it even doesn’t sounds like Lukashenka.
Yes, it’s odd. But we have to bear in mind that Lukashenka is still the same rude collective farmers as he was. Nothing is changed. His paces based on primitive and selfish impulses and there are no places for such acts of charity.
Lukashenka is expecting to get same value in return. His thoughts are: if he was so kind for someone like Bakiev that means he, Lukashenka, has a chance to be sheltered by someone else. That is his reflection. Primitive and selfish always was among Lukashenka’s priorities.
One important issue has been forgotten by Lukashenka. And that issue is: if you are assisting a thief that deed can be clarified not as a shelter but as the participation in a crime. Assistance has different dimensions and contrary different outcome…
Lukashenka using black magic and hypnosis when it’s comes to take some negotiations with foreign ministries and institutions about credits or some financial support. In his staff there are a lot of people who are dealing with black magic. Very frequently Lukashenka invites specialist in hypnosis during his meetings with somebody like decision making person. Before this meeting Lukashenka’s specialists doing o lot of preparation work in ESP kind of way in order to influence on negotiation outcome in positive way for Lukashenka. And the explanation is simple, just because some people from Belarusian KGB have someone to fighting with. They are getting high salaries but they want more. So, project about division of fighting against invaders from Mars has not less chances to get financial support from Lukashenka then Angelika Boris. My recent observation about Roma programs makes we wonder. I see that within last 20 years Mr. George Soros has been fighting for Roma rights. Very good, except one essential thing. There are no outcomes from his hard job, absolutely, no positive outcomes. And 20 years is the long term, actually.
Sometimes I was really wondering, who decide on George Soros to be our guide for Roma people? What kind of benefits Mr. Soros would be able to give to Roma population? And the answer is so simple, you wouldn’t believe!
Yes, there was the reason for George Soros’s involvement in Roma programs. Because Mr. Soros even in theory would not being able to help somebody. He is not in position to help neither Roma nor someone else. The person whose bad record is well known fact everywhere, what kind of hope they had? May be there was not other candidates save for Mr. Soros? Exactly, Mr. Soros was engaged in Roma programs just because he is not interesting in Roma people and he is not going to help Roma people. When you need to fail some project, you do not have to fight with it, no. What you have to do is to appoint the person for that project who hates the subject which he works with.
Some other needs were in George Soros. One of them is his record as a businessman. George Soros is well known thief, crock and foul player. I’m not going to lend even 10 dollars for him. I know that he is going to steal them. For what George Soros were needed in these circumstances? How can he support Roma people? Exactly, sometimes you need the person who can be a victim when the hard times come. And here is he, George Soros, he was stealing money, he did it again. “It is not our fault, he does it”. He can be accused in all possible and impossible sins. Sometimes you need that kind of middleman. What should I expect any better?
Roma people are in big problems and that is obvious for everyone. It is obvious at first for countries where Roma people completely leave such as Hungary and Slovakia. It is clear that to give them some kind of education and job. Otherwise budget can’t bear that amount of unemployed people. It is so simple and doable within decade. In the same time Mr. George Soros is still in his way. What for? Exactly, instead of taking measures what is effective, all Soros programs are aimed to prolong of the process. Process of assisting Roma people is well paid job. It is very soviet approach, when you do not interesting in the outcome but very interested in the process. In there same manner cunning doctors are acting. It is clear for them what kind of diagnose to put. And they are able to do it immediately but the price for one visit is much more lower then the series of visits. Mr. Soros is acting as a “cunning doctor”. Due to George Soros monopoly gypsies are gasping from him and his “assistance”. All his work is aimed to marginalized as much gypsies as it possible. But we are not a tool for money laundry for some criminals. Gypsies are free people.
Due to Roma programs Mr. George (Grishka) Soros from billionaire has become multi – billionaire. Bit by bit, now Roma people are need a protection from that kind of “Friend”. Do not deal with him!!! If you want to support Roma, do it directly. Roma people need your protection from hungry grant seeker George Soros.

The Broken Dreams

Once upon the time, Lukashenka woke up from a bad, bad dream. He saw a broken tractor whole the night. And suddenly he is come to realize that a lot of things are changed within his environment besides one essential thing. He is not changed. He is the same collective farmer as he was before, low educated, rude collective farmer. He was tried to play hockey, skating, skiing, he did everything possible and impossible but he still remains same collective farmer as he was.
Sure, it was not what he is expected. Full of grim, Lukashenka realized that he is not in position to change; all his attempts were doomed to failure. Lukashenka tended to look like a dictator, like some historical person, honorable and smart. But he didn’t. There is one thing he always handle with in proper manner is the lie. Lie as the leverage to overcome his disabilities seemed as a solution for him.
There best solution which came on his mind was to lie, to make illusion around his personality. He is a one, single person and a billion of disgust enemies with hostile intentions around him, trying to harm him and his regime. And he is in the center as a young partisan is repulsing all attacks with his old rakes and his favorite shovel. There was one big problem, there were no adversaries. Too pity, but… Lukashenka started to look for them and finally he is managed, he found some, only several people, actually, but it was better then nothing. So, the best way how to prove his mettle, his strong political will was the some “disappearances”. Use “Disappearances” as a clue to inspire respect, laud and awe. Pair of “disappearances” and whole world is talking about Lukashenka and his punitive measures, what he is taken against armies of all kinds of cruel invaders. 4 people, not bound within each other, which even never met before is disappeared at once. That is enabled Lukashenka to do a great step forward. He initiated “voluntary” disappearance. Sure in order to help Lukashenka to fulfill his crazy dream to be a “good captain”
So, he got what he was looking for. Different people around the world talked about he and his “crime”. Sure, it was convenient for both sides, for Lukashenka at first, and for “disappeared” as well. But sure Lukashenka was a winner. After disappearance of “Genghis Khan” Gonchar he was able to breathe deeply, like in childhood. Sun was shining precisely for Lukashenka after disappearance of “Genghis Khan” Gonchar Whole Lukashenka’s life went in right way after it. Why it is a unique case that because after disappearance of “Genghis Khan” Gonchar,”Tamerlan” Zaharenko, “Napoleon” Krasovskii and “Cezar” Zavadskii in whole country, in whole world, entire universal enemies for Lukashenka are not left at all. No, not at all, once and forever!!! Yes, with disappearance of “Genghis Khan” Gonchar all problems were solved at once. No more pain, no conspiracies, no threats, nothing. Everything is fine, have a rest, coffee and TV.
Curious, what kind of little step even needed to get happiness, funny! You don’t have to care about your citizens, you do not have to develop living conditions of poor people, you don’t have to improve interethnic and interreligious dialog among communities. That is what you don’t have to. Your conscience is clear and “broken tractor” is not coming any more. It is not. “Broken dreams” of one man can’t be a problem of whole country. It is still “his”own problems

The “New Life “of Lukashenka

Please, ask yourself, what Belarus is famous with? Exactly same question came to Lukashenka’s head in 2005. That sleepless night inspired him to start creates new historical fictions. Tourism is not developed very well therefore Lukashenka made some efforts to solve it…
Once upon the time in Minsk existed one church belongs to Neo Pentecostals. Everything was right before Lukashenka has started to look for his “new life”. Lukashenka was boring and didn’t find for himself any good business save for searching of “new life”, may be he was tired from the skating… I do not know what wrong was with his “old life” and what he was intending to gain from “new life”. What I know for sure, that church “New Life” have had small problems with official documents for a plot and building. Since Lukashenka has started to look for his “new life”, everything went wrong in church “New Life”. Before Lukashenka’s research around “New Life’s”, everything was more or less quiet and calm in Belarus in regards of religious and faiths. But Lukashenka decided that he has to give for a media something new, something amazing, something attractive…
And happened all this troubles had in 2005. From 2005 church “New Life” has become famous more than any other church in the world. Everyday something was happening with church “New Life”, if it was not a penalty then it was an official warring. Police has visited church “New Life” so often, on purpose and without, then believers have had accustomed to. Sometimes it was hard to define where police is and where is a regular believer. The Lukashenka’s fantasy was insatiable and everyday he invented something new. He did great patronage for his church “New Life”. His efforts were so effective then believers have forgotten why that church designated for?! People stop to pray the God just because they had not enough time for it. All they leisure time has been taken with all possible kinds of interviews, complains, visits from foreigners… Church “New Life” has become a historical spot, yes, I have heard that some tourist companies was included that church in their route for a sightseeing. House of Parliament, Museum and latest Lukashenka project named “New Life”. Suffering of “New Life” church never went out from church and still the same isolated incident. It was and it is so far, the problem of one church in one district of one city. Bit by bit, citizens of Belarus tired from that Lukashenka’s projects. It was obvious for everyone that process will liger but nobody haven’t even imagined for how long. Lukashenka managed to carry on his “New Life” promoting tour for a last five years. I’m sure if Lukashenka haven’t become the president we would be a big promoter. You have to have the talent to maintain 5 years long PR campaign “New Life”. Lukashenka is got this talent that why Lord Bell is failed.
I have to say, that Belarus is very attractive spot for tourists, you can find here something interesting. You even don’t have to search for a “new life”. There is a lot of other interesting.

Britney Spears, Lukashenka and their very, very intercultural dialogue

Recently, collective farmer Lukashenka forgot to take his medicines and signed a law about national minority’s educational rights. Formerly, all people with ethnic background were free to choose study language for their kids at school. Everything was depending from their wish, if you are Roma, Polish or doesn’t matter who you are, it was up to you to decide on your kids studding process at school. And schools were obliged to provide your kids with opportunity to study in your native language. Fair, is it? Now, it is not. Now, you have to get permission from Ministry of Education for studding process in your own language. From one hand you still have that right but in order to apply, you have to get permission for.
Lukashenka is very cunning when it is comes to invent something stupid and unneeded. Recent initiatives regarding Intercultural dialog among Catholics and Russian Orthodox have had any success. So, Lukashenka decided to gain lost benefits from Union of Poles project. As you remember last year Belarusian president had this idea to maintain Intercultural dialog among Catholics and Russian Orthodox. For it he went to Roma and talked to Pope about his mission. I do know why but his assistances didn’t tell him that Catholics and Russian Orthodox belong to one religion and to one culture therefore Intercultural dialog in these circumstances seems a little bit superfluous.
Somehow it seems that projects about “Intercultural Dialog” and “Union of Poles” have the same author.
I know for certain that Lukashenka is unique man and definitely he will have a place in historical chronology. Because of Polish Fairytales… In 2005 in Grodno (city in Belarus) was an eclipse or earthquake or something like that and after that, suddenly, Lukashenka has started to hate all Polish people and one woman called Angelica Boris in particularly. Sure, it was well prepared but like in previous story; Lukashenka’s assistants forgot one important thing. Persecution has to have both sides. One of them is object and the persecutor. In our Polish fairytales last 5 year there was only object of persecution, our dear Angelica Boris. Every day, 24/7 something was going happened with her. She is became a champion by unreasonable penalties, deprivations and so on. Who is the prosecutor, he is invisible man by far.
May be was some “bad blood” between Lukashenka and her, you know, something personal…They are nice pair, actually. We don’t know about what Lukashenka’s opinion about Polish people was before that incident but 2005 was the point. What have happened there I don’t know but I have seen this “super star” Angelica Boris and didn’t notice any reason for her “suffering”. Bit by bit, due to Lukashenka and his patronage Angelica Boris has become more famous than even Michael Jackson. Afterward, I’m sure for 100% that Angelica Boris has a good chance to be a movie star. Sure, if Lukashenka is going to be her promoter. By far, Lukashenka is doing Angelica Boris promotion according to the contract. We have already forgotten who is Michael Jackson but Angelica is in our hearts. Britney Spears, she is a lame. Angelica is a modern icon. There is no discrimination against Poles, never was and wouldn’t be. I’m sure that one beautiful day they will come to peace but for now Angelica is still “suffering”. I can’t imagine what is going to be the reason for her “suffering” tomorrow but I’m sure that Lukashenka’s creativity is an inexhaustible.
